When we arrived they didn't actually have a nonsmoking room and we're very understanding that was a non-negotiable. They even told us how to contract booking.com and to tell them so that we would be refunded and could go elsewhere.
Booking.com, however, hadn't been so easy to deal with. We're still waiting for them to do their part which we were told would happen promptly.
