this absurd rule that housecleaning only comes after the fourth night knowing that most people aren’t staying four nights - rooms had towels lined up outside their doors and food as well- seemed like a cheap motel - couples may want to get intimate with each other but housekeeping only comes every four nights - sad and disappointing- I asked for an extra blanket- I received one that had been cleaned but clearly had a HUGE stain on it - yikes

The front desk was welcoming. The cookies were a nice touch. The breakfast area was good.
During our stay there seemed to be a fire or something. The hallway smelled of smoke bad. It did reach inside the room. What I didn’t like was that there was no communication to us as to what was happening.

Time to return to cleaning rooms at least every 2 days.

They didn’t tell us that they would prefer a to go plate then sitting there in the eating area City view it was dusty vent The guest use had dust More rooms need to be allegedly free room on all the floors instead of the high high floor upper level floors cause ours was 1427 room too high so we end up having a dusty room 407
