Hampton Inn and Suites Tulsa Central

The best part about this property is the STAFF. Leah, at the front desk, did everything in her power to rectify a mistake in the booking. It had been a long day for us and it was a relief to have her on this problem. She is awesome.

The location is not the best, not many restaurants nearby. The carpet in front of the door was soaking wet, the shower area was moldy, the walls banged up near the desk, the mattress uncomfortable.

Our room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed and were never denied anything extra that we asked for: (blanket, masks, towels, etc.) The hotel was packed, but we hardly heard or saw anyone else while we stayed here. We slept well on the top floor. The breakfast offered had great variety and was kept hot and well stocked. The staff were wonderful and even let us have a free late check out at 1 pm! We will definitely stay here if we come though Tulsa again.

The TV was a bit outdated and small for a large king suite. The WiFi connection was very slow on the top floor.

The breakfast was wonderful and the hostess did an awesome job. The front desk attendants were very helpful.

The pool and hot tub area was closed. Disappointing that we took our granddaughter to St. Louis through Tulsa and we weren’t able to swim at the hotel.

Very clean and close to I-44. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the front desk, housekeeping, and the ladies working the breakfast. We travelled with family and the room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We definitley recommend this hotel especially for families. A very special thank you to the staff especially the lady working the breakfast who let my mom go back and wash her coffee thermos before we hit the road!

The staff..... So helpful and lovely. Room layout was great. Had everything we needed.

Having to ask for the room to be cleaned or new towels isn't great. It doesn't need a full clean daily but five days was too many. I also felt like the carpets needed a steam clean.

Jessie was very professional and welcoming. He's very knowledgeable and was able to help us out with everything.

Not being from Oklahoma , I didn't know the area very well, so I will say the location.

The breakfast omelette has meat in it and there is no other meat-less egg option for vegetarians. It would be lovely if they could do the omelette without meat. Also, having FOX news on during breakfast is pretty antagonistic. Could they not find a less ideological channel?

After many calls to booking.com to change a room. They never called me back to get the situation handled. But when we pulled in there, your staff was able to make the changes we needed.

The bathtub was not clean. Had hair in it, and some kind of white stuff that I am scared to wonder what it was. Bed just not comfortable, probably not your fault, just dont like firm beds.

The value I got for the money spent was very very good, Also I'm sorry I don't remember names, but the young lady who checked me in was very very helpful with locations and suggestions of places to eat.

The only issue was that it was only one working ice maker and it was not on my floor. even with that an employee with housekeeping went and got me some ice on one of the days there.

Hotel was nicely updated and in a good location.

With the nice updates we had an old shower door that did not function well and was an eye sore.
