Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Central

I've stayed at various classes of hotel from Hilton to the Four Seasons and the customer service at this hotel was top notch. I landed early in the morning and sent an email request for early check in, they not only allowed it but they responded to my request the same day. Rebecca checked me in and she and Alex assisted me the first day. Deborah and Alex assisted me in the second day and Deborah checked me out. All three ladies were exceptional. Deborah went over and beyond each time she assisted me. Rebecca could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. The young man at the bar during the afternoon on 8/18 was great as well. Overall the hotel itself is quiet and again, the staff was exceptional.

I didn’t give a perfect score because of the hotel's location. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking the vicinity around the hotel. Also, while my room was clean, the age of the hotel is showing. Also, the hotel just felt perpetually HOT all the time. We had a bit of difficulty regulating the temperature in our room. The a/c worked great but it was either too hot in our room or freezing.. depending on the time of day.

Very nice accommodations. I must commend the cleaning staff also, EVERYTHING was very clean and hadn't been just glossed over time after time. I appreciate that and it didn't go unnoticed 😊

I made a reservation through booking.com, and specifically chose the king garden view with a balcony room. That is not the room we recieved. I don't complain, it was just disappointing. I'd still stay here again 😊

rooms nice and clean! they even had a baby pack and play available for use which was the first time we had options at hotel.

I don’t like the fact that breakfast cost so much and wasn’t available as complimentary. and they didn’t have a pool available on the property

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and cool when I arrived. Bed was comfy! Staff was very friendly.

Had some sugar ants in my room that tried to get into my travel snacks but I just hung my bag up, killed the ones I saw and didn’t see anymore again. No pool but we survived!

The staff are all very knowledgeable and capable. .

The sink was a little clogged, the ac had some issues and the refrigerator was to big for the space it was set in

The room was clean, loved the fireplace/pit out in the courtyard. Enjoyed sitting out there talking with friends.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The cleaning ladies were extremely Loud in the morning.

Checked in very late at night. Front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly. First room we were given smelled of smoke. It was very easy to get another room. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The place was nice inside

the heat kept turning into cold air. I called the front desk and she suggested to change rooms, we were to tired so we just kept the air on.

Spent our 30th anniversary weekend there. Staff was fantastic, it was one of the cleanest hotels we ever stayed at, and the air conditioning blew ice cold without drying our Sinuses. Ask for early check in and a late checkout and we got both plus more than we asked for. Maybe my favorite hotel ever.
