First time staying at the Embassy Suite, Great View (we stayed on the 9th floor) GREAT BREAKFAST & happy hour 5:30-7:30 2 free drinks on house for anyone 21 and overstaying. the pool and hot tub were a little crowded all the kids jumping in (being kids) BUT adults only can swim from 10 pm till midnight. My kids brought phones and tablets but still played games on the computers down in the lobby. The staff was phenomenal. I mean it, from the Reception to the Kitchen and the Bar Such great service. Thanks for providing us plastic ware when we came back from grabbing food and realized they didn't give us any!! If I'm back in Tulsa again I look forward to staying here.

The room was just fine - clean and neat. We were traveling with kids who were thrilled to get to swim. during an ice storm! And breakfast was excellent!!

The rooms and bathroom were dated.

The whole entire stay was great I have never been to any motel where you are treated like a king anything I ask of the staff they provided heck even to the point the maintenance guy went and got there box fan out of shop cas I needed on great service I will be back

The pool and the breakfast were both awesome. Zero complaints.

The rooms were dated and had bland. The bed was the worst mattress I've ever attempted to sleep on. It worked fine for us i guess. But it didn't match the rest of the hotel that looked new and modern. And the steak house was closed and no room service was allowed while we were there

Not as many guests due to a remodel, extra quiet. Everything went great, breakfast was superior than most free breakfast. This hotel is like a resort in some ways.

Very nice breakfast options, especially the made-to-order omelets. Everything was clean and well stocked. To match the rest of the decor and ambiance, you might try including pastries/scones from a local bakery instead of the plastic-wrapped mass-produced variety. Coffee was good too. Excellent equipment for exercising. Well-maintained and functional.

A couple of roaches were seen in our rooms during our stay. The roof was leaking badly and it was raining in the breakfast/reception area.
