Sleep Inn And Suites Central / I-44

Enjoyed the pool and there was a man at the front desk I wish I knew his name he had excellent customer service he always smiled and went above and beyond very nice man the best person honestly at the front desk he checked us out and there was a small issue in the room and he went immediately and took care of it.

I was thinking by the pictures that it was going to be a little nicer don't get me wrong it was very clean . Plus on the website it shows like they still have a sauna they clearly don't anymore so they should update that on the website

The staff was wonderful! Good breakfast, and the beds were comfortable.

Not in the greatest part of town, I feel. I did feel safe inside the hotel. The front doors were always locked, but someone was always at the front desk. You could use your key card to get in, but the reader didn't always work.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was amazing in the shower! The room was clean with a beautiful view of the parking lot 😅

There was a buzzing noise in the bathroom that would not stop and the toilet ran like crazy! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

Reasonably clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was the same as most places I have stayed . The view of the lake was nice.

The advertised bar was closed. GPS gave the wrong directions to the hotel. You will have to look with your eyes to find the entrance.

Location was near to where we needed to be. Enjoyed the amenities including pool, spa and sauna.

The only small thing I would suggest is updating bathroom supplies to the refillable versions rather than travel size.

It’s convenient. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast could use a little help but it’s not bad and it’s included so you can’t really complain. We always stay at Sleep Inn when visiting Tulsa.

The room was very nice and comfortable, the staff was great, but our favorite part was the shower. The water pressure was awesome. I hated to get out! Ha ha

There was nothing about our experience that was bad.

Pet fee was too high, not fair. Needs to be no more than 15.00 per pet

Our room keys desensitized 2 times.The TV channels were limited. I like Newmax and the family channel like Little House on the Praire.

When we arrived the beds in the room I booked were smaller than I expected. The hotel staff were more than happy to help us get a room with bigger beds. We appreciate their friendliness.

The SHOWER was incredible. I didn't want to leave it .

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. When I ask at breakfast the next morning she shrugs and said ( while eating ) , someone walk through the hall who smelled like smoke. Like no big deal you came down to the front . No one was at the desk, your card wouldn't open the door . Wow... really ?? could you be a little to complacent in your job. ??? And no smoking room . Inconvenienced having to use the stairs to go smoke every couple of hours. Policy I know , but you asked.
