Hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient and took care of problems quickly, i.e., a stuck elevator. Free parking both in front and behind the hotel was very convenient. Although an older hotel, it was in great shape and well decorated. Good amenities such as ice maker and computer center conveniently located. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

Water pressure in the bathroom was low and the faucet on the sink needed tightening. Both were still functioning.

This historic hotel sat vacant for many years and the new owners did a fantastic job of a modern renovation but keeping the past history in mind with the new furnishings.

Having stayed only 1 night, I can't complain too much about anything. Maybe the bathroom could have had a bit more counter area, but the design was in keeping with the historical time period of the original hotel.

We stayed in one of their king rooms.. The room was more like a suite instead of just a king room had a nice desk area dresser a little refrigerator section had its own closet. There was plenty of room in there on top of everything else that was in there plus it’s a little sitting area, the bathroom was large. It had one of the old time tubs and it was a crate, soaking tub. It was also roomy enough that my fiancé who is over 6 foot tall had plenty of room to shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. It had the old hardwood floors Which I love of course it had a few creeks when you walked, but they just made it even more special. We never heard any of the other guests. We were close to a road but we never heard any of the traffic. The air conditioning was a mini split and it kept the room very comfortable and it was just loud enough to have the white noise but not overpowering you Didn’t have to worry about talking above it

I can’t Think of anything that I didn’t like about the property I wish I had more time to stay there other than one night

Historic hotel on Route 66! Don’t expect a perfect, modern, every room the same hotel. It’s an old hotel and the real deal for Route 66. Room decor was unique and bed was comfortable. Loved the old pine floors and fireplace mantel, custom drapery and bedding. Thanks for the water in fridge and complimentary brownie from local sweet shop.

Location, ned is super comfortable!

The room decor, could be more simple. There were pictures that were missing (nails still in the wall) we actually stayed in the exact room last year (pictures were missing then as well). Also 2 of the 3 lamp bulbs were burnt out, I requested more bulbs but the ones I got were actually broke. Long black hairs in the bathroom. I personally feel if it’s your job to check clean the rooms you should take pride in doing your job.

The staff especially the front desk clerk was amazing! The morning guy just goes above and beyond to deliver superb customer service. He made our stay much better than we have had at other hotels. I can promise if we return it will be due to the staff. Great job on finding amazing employees.

The bar at the hotel was disappointing. We tried to end our night out at the hotel bar which was very small and zero selection on drinks. It is just not a good location to hang out.

Very clean, cozy, beautiful decor and the sweetest couple that runs it. They thought of everything! It was my daughter and I that stayed there, so we got the room with 2 twin beds. It was beautiful. Very good quality bedding. Very comfy. Bathrobes were available if we needed them. Full access to the kitchen downstairs if we needed it. Loved it. I'm looking forward to taking my husband there and staying a night!

I honestly can't answer this question. There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

I loved my whole experience. The staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my stay and adventures away from the hotel. The hotel is a little like walking back in time to another era, and it was the most comfortable I have ever been in a hotel. I will be booking a room again for the fall.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The staff were great and welcoming, the room was clean. It was comfortable. I didn't take a bath, but the tub would be spacious.

The air freshener smell throughout the building was really strong, We tried to use the ice machine, but it only spit out a few pieces of ice with little black flecks in it. It may need repair or replacement

Fabulous old hotel from the 1930s. Rehabbed, using original designs and some salvaged materials. Plenty of free, on-site parking. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Lobby is beautiful, with comfortable lounging area for guests. Furnishing and decor in lobby are very nice

There is a nice-looking bar off the lobby. We planned to sit and have a drink with friends before going to dinner. Bar was not open because staff did not show up to work. Inexcusable. Trash on floor under coffee table in lobby. Like so many places this year, The Campbell seems to be suffering from inadequate staffing, which impacts the ability to deliver services and amenities as advertised on websites.
