No Breakfast. Coffee inconsistent and untimely. Very Clean Building. Overall, average to pleasant stay until attempting to check out and resolve the reservation conflict of not being able to check in at Broken Arrow when first arrived 9/17/22 then being sent to Sheridan Location where police were present and drug deals occurring with terrible odor burning our eyes/nose and pit bulls in hallways with loud partying noise outside in parking lot at night sleep, burns in the sink counter, etc and being overcharged and not able to check out timely from Broken Arrow. Hours unpredictable for assistance. Desk closed early. Assistant Manager, Lacey, had front gate/desk closed early Friday night with customer, Mary, assisting Lacey while she rested, but when insisting on help, Lacey opened gate and appeared totally “stoned” unable to open her eyes, wavering / staggering and unable to stand upright without swaying, head down and sideways unable to fully comprehend discussion stating it was Saturday but in fact in was Friday 9/23/2022, Lacey promised to fix weekly reservation to 9/17-24/2022 as planned but then did not fix problem, so on 9/24/2022 when I was trying to check out, Jamie Ritter- receptionist could not check me out because there was a balance that should not have been there (no itemization either), it took over an hour and when Jamie Ritter was trying to reach the Assistant Manager-Lacey/there was no answer initially and unable to leave her a voicemail and then Lacey texted back saying she was sleeping in on her Saturday of work and when I called 1-844-974-6835 as given by Jamie Ritter for Guest Services, no one at guest services (Charlie Bell) or customer relations (Angie-no title) could assist me and put me on an extended hold until I would not hang up or accept what they were doing and remained at the front desk until I could check out & finally, someone by the name of “Jewel” picked up to assist and said she...

Misleading advertising and over charged at daily rate but reasonable for weekly rate if you have a car to get supplies/food. It appears to be “Bait and Switch” so that the reservation for Broken Arrow gets switched to Sheridan location and then the customer gets overcharged. Also, No cleaning services during stay, have to request towels, toilet paper/supplies instead of providing them, had to empty trash ourselves, coffee inconsistent, no dishes for suite so we had to go shopping for dishes, no breakfast as thought, being over charged, assistant manager appeared extremely stoned on heavy drugs with inconsistent hours of operation, and being told I could not even check out when I was leaving town the last day as planned 9/24/22. Sunday hours open at 3:00 p.m. even though check out is 11:00 a.m. for those leaving on Sundays.
