The location was great for the purpose of our visit, which was a rafting trip. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and plenty of space for the two of us (we had a room with 2 queens)

The fridge was broken in our room and we had food with us that we had planned to keep cold. That was very disappointing. And they didn’t have a replacement available.

We were really pleased with this Holiday Inn Express. Staff were extra friendly and helpful. Room was well furnished and extremely clean. We especially like the calm neutral color scheme throughout the hotel and our room. It just made things more restful after a long day on the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the staff!! Especially Jesse!! He made our check in easy and comfortable with the greatest of ease. The pool and hot tub was a welcome addition Beds were super comfortable Breakfast was more than adequate The only issue was with BOOKING.COM The info on booking said we booked a one bedroom suite( meaning bedroom separate from rest of apartment)...the location in Ashland did not have one bedroom suite with kitchen/diner area like most new holiday inn IHG..but the staff made up for BOOKINGS mishap.

Tour property is always our #1 choice when traveling to and from visiting family in CA. The service from your reception, housekeeping, breakfast and maintenance team are simply TOP NOTCH! The rooms floodplains are awesome, practical and every space is used.

The TV was a bit difficult to use the guide to get channels.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was as pictured online and comfortable and clean. Western view gave us a look at a lovely sunset. Easy to access and next door to a great brewpub and gas station.

Breakfast was fine but nothing exceptional.

this property is very clean and comfortable. and the staff are incredibly nice and professional.

The only negative is freeway location and a bit of noise. That is what makes it a great local for most I am sure.

The bed it was so comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. Everyone including guests are so nice. This will be the only place we will stay in Ashland

Having pets in this location. Dogs were barking and I don't think it is nice to listen too. There is nothing else I can find fault in the hotel.

My sister and I had gone to the Mojave desert for a week and were making our way back home. We checked in very early in the morning and needed somewhere to shower, wash our clothes (our luggage was buried in our uhaul and we hadn’t had the ability to change into clean clothes yet), and sleep for a few hours before hitting the road again. We asked the nice gentleman at the front desk for more soap, shampoo and conditioner upon check in (we planned on taking multiple showers to get the layers of dirt and sand off of us). I’m pretty sure he likely thought we were homeless but even if he did, he said nothing, and was very sweet and accommodating the whole time. Without question (and with an empathetic look), he handed us several extra bottles and asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was a very, very nice change from the hotel we had paid the same price for several cities away (on our way to the Mojave desert). The previous hotel we stayed at was a large chain hotel (but was not a holiday express), and it had been filthy and disgusting - I was absolutely terrified that we were going to get bed bugs from sleeping in the beds because it was that gross. The Holiday Inn Express was absolutely lovely - it’s what I expect a hotel stay to be. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room was up-to-date, clean, quiet, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything about our stay at at the Holiday Inn Express washed away the trauma of having stayed at a terrible hotel a few weeks before. To the Holiday Inn Express: Thank you so much for your kind and professional staff, and your very clean rooms. Your housekeeping staff do an absolutely wonderful job.

spacious room, nice, roll in shower, very tasty breakfast. Also nice staff.  plenty of well-placed grab bars in the bathroom. 

The bed was too high, about 6 inches higher than my wheelchair seat. This made it difficult to transfer into bed.

great place. nice, new, clean. appreciated the laundry facilities and room cleaning on request. we were very comfortable with great WiFi, A/C and a sofa in our room
