Good breakfast that was well presented with lots of choices. The hotel was right off I-5 and easy to find. Lots of retail surrounding the hotel and good restaurants.

Internet access was confusing with a $5 charge for higher speed that felt like a nickel and dime pathetic money grab. Just give us the fastest internet possible.

I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was at Springhill Suites. The staff in the lobby were extremely helpful; the restaurant employees were so friendly and attentive. I had to check out a little late due to Parkinson’s disease (slows me down some mornings), yet the people who work in the hotel were extremely understanding. I hope to be back soon!

I didn’t care for having the sink and vanity in a room separate from the bathroom. Also we had to unplug our bedside lamps from the outlets to accommodate both of our c-paps and chargers. A four gang outlet would be my suggestion.

The staff is always so welcoming and courteous! They were super helpful in making restaurant and activity recommendations for the various ages in our group. Our family loves this hotel and it is our first choice of places to stay while visiting Medford. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the amenities a family needs for either a quick or extended stay. We were very pleased with our experience at Springhill!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was plentiful. Marriott generally has good beds and pillows, this was no exception. Hotel is located near many dining options.

Breakfast was just okay. Some of the other properties we've been to lately have already upgraded their breakfast to include pre-pandemic items, but this hotel has not, or maybe they never had them? It seemed a bit expensive compared to what I've been seeing of late.

Good location for accessing the local area. Breakfast was decent and balanced.

I was charged a slightly higher rate for one night than was quoted on the final invoice. The person at the desk was either unwilling or unable to make any alteration. It was only @$10 total but it was the principle of the matter I felt should have been addressed.

Really comfortable beds, liked the mini-living room separate from beds, plenty of space for computer if you needed to work.

The room smelled when we first got there. I think it was probably an after-smell from the cleaning products, but my daughter thought it smelled like marijuana! LOL Needed to be aired out a bit.

The location was great with several eateries & Wal-mart located within walking distance. Staff was friendly, especially the ladies manning the breakfast bar. Nice variety of breakfast choices. In the room, I loved the 'kitchen' nook with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, cabinet space AND the sink, small but big enough. I also loved that the bathroom door didn't squeak so as not to disturb others sleeping! A small recycling bin in the room was a nice touch!

The couch wasn't particularly comfortable - though I understand they will be upgraded soon. We had to move away from the wall, the TV cabinet in order to turn it completely for viewing from the couch. After 3 days we did need housekeeping due to bacteria appearing, but Management was quick to respond. I also was bummed our refrigerator had no freezer so I couldn't re-use our ice packs.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. The location was amazing as it was a walk to everything from IHOP to Panda Express to Five Guys to Walmart.

Complimentary breakfast could be better.

Central location very close to all the dining and shopping you could want! Vey nice suites and facilities. Lots of amenities. Streaming is available on the television so I could watch all my shows.

No complaints actually. Breakfast is not as extensive as other Springhills that I have been to. However it’s better than your typical light breakfast.
