A great option in Bend, a short walk or drive to/from downtown. The motel has been converted to half as many suites, so that each has a spacious living room and kitchen area as well as a good-sized bedroom and bathroom. We appreciated the fact-filled binder, included tea and coffee options, and bottled water as well. Each room is apparently decorated differently. It's not luxurious but was very comfortable.

Because this is a pet-friendly motel it can get noisy at times if dogs are barking. Happily, there were only two dogs staying at the property and we were in a quiet corner so this was not an issue. The decor in our suite was a bit dreary -- all brown -- and we needed to keep the blinds drawn since someone can easily see into the rooms from the corridor.

First off... they really cater to dogs. This place is SUPER dog friendly our dog was greeted with dog bowls, a doggy towel, a dog blanket, a dog bed, and some complimentary dog biscuits. Our dog was super stoked for the biscuits! The pet fee is super reasonable compared to some places... and you actually get something in return for it unlike anywhere else I've been. There is a small, clean and grassy off leash dog park on-site with doggy poop bags provided. What an amazing level of service for people traveling with their dogs. Now for the humans, check in was smooth, the staff was friendly and we were offered glasses of champagne or San Pelligrino upon arrival. There is assigned parking right outside our suite door. Inside... the suite is a great size! You have a wonderful cozy cabin-like feel with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need (minus the food itself) coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, cold water in glass bottles are provided. They left some chocolate treats as well. There is a big TV too and a smaller TV in the bedroom. In the bathroom there is AMAZING lemongrass lavender toiletries from a local business. Plenty of clean, fluffy towels stocked up. Outside there is some cute little patio seating and a firepit available for use. Just wow.. this place is great. I've honestly never been so impressed with any accomodations in my life.

Nothing too much, maybe some of the traffic/train noise that could be heard in the suite sometimes. Wasn't too bad though. It would be nice to have laundry facilities on site for guests to use. Wasn't too big of a deal as there are coin laundry places nearby.

We were searching for a dog friendly place to stay in Bend and Wall St. Suites was perfect! From the dog beds, towels, bowls and treats to the small fenced dog area, it exceeded our expectations. There was even some delicious chocolates for the humans. The interior design was beautiful, functional and the attention to detail was exceptional. Don't be fooled by the "motel" look of the exterior, this is a top notch accommodation. The staff was helpful and friendly. We didn't feel like leaving our beautiful room for dinner after a day of hiking so we ordered delivery and were happy to find out that the hotel sells local brews, including our favorite Dechutes Brewery! The location is perfect, just across the street is Pioneer Park and amazing trails along the river. I was concerned about road noise from the location but it was completely quiet and peaceful in our room. We will definitely be back!

Again, fantastic stay and we WILL be back. The only thing that could have been slightly better was the mattress and the addition of blackout window coverings. I am very picky though and it is probably fine for most people.

It was so nice when you are traveling with dogs and a lot of luggage to pull up right to you room and quickly get situated. The suite room had a nice kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. Great set up. Also often you need to pay a fee for dogs and in this place also, however here they provided you with a nice dog run, dog beds, drink and food bowls and towels, a blanket for the couch and a treat. Then the fee is warranted I feel. And to top it of safe drinking water and all natural products where offered.

I don't think anything could have been better, we had about 20 stops on our travels and this one beat them all.

Great location, very close to downtown. Comfortable sofa bed a plus. the kitchen was very well stocked with tea and coffee. Spacious and comfy. We liked the skylight in the bathroom as it added light but was still private. The desk people were helpful and welcoming. A very reasonable price for a hotel in Bend.

our room was a bit dark - we had a corner room, so we did not get much light. The other rooms all had windows fronting the parking lot which probably got more light. If this is an issue for you ask to avoid a corner room.

We liked pretty much everything. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good (steady temperature). We could walk to downtown restaurants. (If you like Thai food, go to Wild Rose. It is the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to.) Even though Wall Street Suites is fairly close to railway tracks, we never heard any train whistles after 9:30 at night. There was some noise from the street, but it was muted. (Turn on the fan or play white noise if it bothers you.) The staff were super nice. Each unit has a parking spot (parking is free). There is a full-size refrigerator.

The sofa was not particularly comfortable (as a sofa). We don't know how it is as a pull-out bed. That was just a minor thing to us. We will definitely stay there again when in Bend.

I really liked the location - tucked away at the edge of downtown, but still really walkable to nearby restaurants and shopping. Close to the river. The room itself was superior to any of the other properties I've stayed at in Bend. REAL dishes and cutlery, a full sized kitchen, the sliding doors, the decor - all super upgraded. And comfortable! The couch was super comfy and the bed was the best I've slept in for business travel.

The only thing I would have appreciated was having my room serviced. I understand that many properties are short handed, and we've been through COVID, but I feel like if you're going to charge fair market prices for a stay, this should be mandatory.

it is the first place I think of staying in Bend, and have stayed there multiple times. The bed is comfortable as are the rooms, with plenty of space to move around and not feel cramped. It is also an easy 10 minute walk to downtown or to one of the trails to hike along the river.

Sometimes the appliances can be a little noisy in the rooms. The heater in the room we just stayed in was quite noticeable during the night as was the small heating unit in the living area.

Super friendly staff! Very welcoming. The pet amenities were more than most pet friendly places - dog bed, treats, bowls, blanket and towel all for the doggies! Great location, easy walk downtown to many restaurants and shops and to the river. Fantastic, well stocked kitchen - better stocked and better quality than most aparthotels. We bring a little set of basic kitchen supplies with us when we travel and we used very little of it. There was GOOD coffee, tea, sweeteners, creamers for coffee and salt and pepper. Definitely recommend this place.

The only thing we would have liked would have been a tub. The shower was great, large and good pressure but after hiking in the snow, it would have been great to soak in a tub. Of course we knew there was no tub when we made the reservation and everything else (dog friendly, great kitchen and location) made it worth not having a tub.

This place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The size of the room was perfect for the two of us and it was great having a kitchen, which was stocked with everything we needed (utensils wise). The staff was super friendly and they also left nice touches, such as a dog bed, bowl and treats for our pup. It was great having a parking space just outside our room, and it was a nice walk to downtown, or to the river walk trail. The shower was spacious and had great pressure and the bed was really comfortable. The little dog park and outdoor fireplace was nice, too!
