Breakfast was good, but it could be kept stocked better. Eggs and sausage were out for quite some time before they were finally refilled. The milk had ice crystals in it from being frozen, not pleasant. Everything else was good. It would be good though to have some cold filtered water available There was only hot water. I appreciated getting a call as to when we'd arrive. Showed they cared, wanted to be sure we were ok, and knew about when we'd get there.

The room was good but there was no place to hang my towel in the bathroom except behind the door to the shower. Would be nice to have some place to hang it to dry out. I had to hang it in the closet. The hallway looked under construction with panels missing, but no sign stating that work was being done.

Great value for 3 nights ski trip to Bend. Large and clean room with comfortable beds. The parking lot was convenient, and the staff was helpful. The hot tub & pool were open till 11 pm, which was nice after a long ski day. The included breakfast was much better than we expected (scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles/syrup, muffins, croissants, bagels, bread, butter, jam, cream cheese, fruits, yogurt, cornflakes, milk, coffee, tea, etc.). + We booked a room with a king bed, which was upgraded to a larger room with double queen beds during check-in due to the unavailability (totally fine with us).

On our second night, we realized the A/C was not working properly (blowing cold air instead of warm). We called reception, and they provided a heater for that night (we could not change rooms as they were fully booked). The staff said this is unacceptable and they will deduct half the price. On the third day, the heater was gone, and they claimed the A/C was fixed when we were out. However, the problem was still the same, and it was freezing outside, so we asked for the heater again. They confirmed the issue was not resolved and gave the heater back. When we checked out, there was no such discount for any night. That was ok for us as it already had good value, and the heater helped us temporarily.

This place for us was just a stop for the night to sleep and grab breakfast before continuing the rest of our trip. The night shift was very nice and helpful with our late check-in. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfy. It was a long day for us to get there, so it was nice to have a fast check-in and get to sleep, and breakfast was good.

Don't really have anything bad to say, except we had an issue with my brother getting breakfast with his service dog. Was told he couldn't be in there in front of everyone in the area. Would have been better to come up to him and talk about it so we didn't have everyone staring at us cause the guy rushed in and said it across the room and then left before we could say anything. I then had to double back from the room, getting his food and then mine. We were only getting food to go back to room anyway since it was kinda crowded in there.

Comfortable bed, great location, kind and friendly staff. The pool and hot tub area was clean. They let us check in early which was very accommodating and lovely. The price was great, as a big event was in town for the weekend. And best of all- they are pet friendly with a pet area!

The TV didn't work in our room. The wonderful front desk lady came and fixed it once but then it went out again and we didn't feel the need to bother her again about it. Not a big deal at all. Did not effect my perception of the hotel whatsoever.

Location was good for my trip. Very clean. Didn’t try the breakfast but nephew said it was good.

Lack of room service is absolute BS. I had to go the the front desk 2 days in a row. 2 people in our room, 3 towels. Come on. If you can’t afford to pay people to clean the rooms then you shouldn’t be open. My rate of over $600 for 3 nights should have covered at least 2 people. Plastic toilet handle was broken. Driveway entry to parking lot needs serious work. About bottomed out every time I went in and out

all in all was a pleasant stay, only thing, which wasn’t a huge deal was that the breakfast room had run out of plastic knives, before 9 in the morning, when we asked we were told they had none, does make it difficult to spread your toast or cut anything like your waffle, I realise you probably buy them in bulk, however surely it’s just down to checking supplies the day before and if need be, there is a Walmart right across the road, like I said, just a small thing, but could have been easily fixed as well.

The breakfast room was a degree above freezing. Every table needed to be cleaned, floor and counter tops were very filthy. The breakfast (eggs and sausage) was cold and their wasn't any plasticeware. I had to walk around the hotel looking for someone to get us forks and knives.

Bed are comfy, location is good, lady at the desk is always nice.

I travek for work and usually stay at La Quintas and the other brands with this company. Im usually pretty satisfied. But the room I got this time smelled bad of animal pee. I tried to ignore it but I went down and changed my room. The lady at the desk is always nice and polite and she did that for me without hesitation.

Staff was extremely friendly and cheerful upon check in. Our room was very clean and comfortable and quiet.

The only thing that made us feel uncomfortable was the breakfast staff. The young man seemed very impersonal and didn't seem interested in checking on keeping common items to keep them stocked. He actually seemed to purposely avoid eye contact and we never got to ask for milk so our children ate dry cereal.

Room one Queen - ample space for 2 dog crates. Bathroom shower handle was stuck. and difficult to turn on water Outdoor area for dogs was OK Breakfast selection was excellent and plenty to everyone. All amenities as described.
