The front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the wide selection of food items and beverages. Our room was very clean, the beds comfortable, and we also appreciated the selection of the soap/lotion dispensers. The room was well thought out, and I liked using the safe to secure personal items while having breakfast. We slept well because it was very comfortable and quiet.

Pillows, bed, blankets, microwave, quiet, your help . . . . we were just very comfortable. Loved your pancakes . . . . Used your computer often, but I wanted some more accessibility to get into more business. The printer worked well, but some of the communication between computer and printer could be better. Thank you.

check above statement. but your breakfast was very good. Your help was excellent. They really work hard at keeping us, (us, customers) happy and it shows when you are sitting for breakfast that they are very efficient.

Played in a golf tournament at Sunriver Resort, the location was excellent; easy access to Hwy 97 south and easy access getting off 97 back to the hotel. Two times I had 7AM tee times, fresh coffee was available at 4AM.

The exercise room could have had a weight machine rather than free weights.

The location was good just off the highway altho we missed the entrance and had to enter the highway again, go to the next exit to get off and on again in the other direction to get back! It was near eateries and stores if you needed them. It was easy to get downtown by car. I used the laundermat, a bit expensive over all and very limited with only one machine and one dryer! Stackables would have worked better and a place to sit and wait would have served well. The room was large and wasted....

Signage could have been better to locate the entrance. Also when I booked it was not listed as HI EXPRESS which threw me off. Other than that it wasn't bad and our stay pleasant.

Hotel is nice and clean.

A lady came and started shutting everything down right at the time breakfast was supposed to end (9:30 am). She was very curt. In other hotels where we have stayed they normally wait 15 to 20 minutes past the closing time before they do this. I think that you should follow this practice in your hotel also.

Very comfortable and clean. Good location.

We were allocated 2 rooms which had not been made up. Receptionist apologised as an afterthought after the first. Bit more apologetic after the second when I was rather irritated. Asked for an upgrade… put into the disabled room, which was very spacious, but a strange upgrade!

Large room, good desk and room for luggage, fridge. Gym top-maintained and 24/7. Initially for the location and the time of year I found the value for money not good but given the good room and gym I was OK with it. – Not sure how large the hotel was but it had a cozy atmosphere, in my eyes.

Flooding in the bathroom was normal every time you switched on the tap or the shower. As the faucet didn’t sit correctly, bad design.

Hotel staff were awesome, so friendly and helpful. We have a beagle puppy, Elly May, who received more than her fair share of treats from the front end staff.Room was large and very clean.We shall return.....breakfast was delicious too

Nothing, it was all good

Staff was friendly and quick to react when we made a request. Breakfast was simple but good and FREE! I enjoyed that they left the coffee out all day and had a variety of stuff to add to it. You can't miss the hotel if you're driving north on the 97.

Requested a rollaway bed and the first person told my wife that we couldn't have one because it fire hazard. I walk into my friends room and they gave him one and he has the exact same room layout that I did. I called to ask again and they didn't have anymore available.

Room: The size of the room was great. I believe we had an ADA room so the bathroom was also very large. The bed was comfortable. The heat was nice and warm. Plenty of space between the closet, drawers and side tables. Breakfast: It was average but it would go fast. We would get breakfast around 9a so not surprised there were slim pickings so make sure to go early. Parking: Plenty of parking and we never had any issues

Room: The pillows were a little flat. The blinds are controlled via a remote which would work 70% of the time. The other 30% would be the blinds not going up/down because it was receiving a signal from the remote. Mask Compliance: 50% of the staff at the front desk would wear masks. We barely saw any hotel guests wearing masks. At breakfast we'd be the only ones wearing masks. If you don't like to wear masks then you'll fit right in. If you do like wearing a mask then expect low mask compliance at this hotel. Unsure of Oregon's mask policies but everywhere around the hotel had posted signs saying "Masks required indoors for all guests".
