-The check-in process was quick and easy and the local beer provided was delicious. -The room was very large, the linens comfortable, and the room's patio/balcony was great to bring breakfast back to. The little cafe was clean and spacious, with a friendly attendant and really nice to-go trays so I could transport my coffee and pastry easily back to my room. -The location is great. It is quiet but conveniently just a few minutes by car from "downtown" Bend. It is also within walking distance from a local brewpub and a pancake place.

Was unaware that housekeeping doesn't manage the room at all during the stay, so found myself without towels the second evening because the lobby attendant had already left for the evening. This was obviously easy to plan around for the rest of my stay.

Appreciated the communication which was above and beyond. Location, close to food, coffee and parks. Cleanliness inside very much appreciated. I take road trips 10 times a year and this was one of the cleanest places I've rented. Can see the pride in taking care of condo. Little homey touch such as coffee & creamer, fresh flowers and other little things. More than enough towels and dish towels available. Portable AC in every room.

I would have spent more time outside If the outside would have been swept. I need to add that they allowed me early access so that might be why it wasn't done. Which I appreciated. King bed was not so comfortable and made noise when I moved. Perhaps because there was no box spring, just a frame.

Giant, comfortable, well appointed room with a great enclosed patio. Our room, 112, had a wonderful split-level floor plan which led down to a couch and fireplace. Everything from the table cloth in our room to the high quality shampoo and soap and lotion to the hand-made breakfast was so thoughtful it made me wonder how sustainable this business practice is. It feels like any minute some corporate yayhoo is going to come in and cut some corners, this place is just way too giving in areas where every other hotel has decided to take away. If you’ve ever stayed at a Ritz Carlton, you will know what I’m saying here.

We loved the room and the view/patio.

After a long day of driving, it was nice to have the hostess offer a glass of wine, or cold beer to enjoy on the patio. Great location for walking along the river, with nice view of the river from our patio. The room was spacious, with a gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet, conducive to sleeping. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh baked items, granola and yogurt, juice, and good local coffee and tea. I will return for sure, and encourage friends/family visiting Bend to stay.

Honestly, I couldn't find one thing that I was disappointed in. The staff did a great job of making everything comfortable and very pleasant. And having been in the hospitality business myself....I am very picky.

I loved everything about the property except that we couldn’t access the river walk down below very easily, which was not a big deal. Also, front desk person, Ginny, was exceedingly helpful and kind. I also appreciate the fact that this property is not a huge hotel chain and therefore has maintained its unique charm, its unique location. There’s so much new construction going on all over Bend that I hope this property doesn’t get eaten up all in the name of progress. It’s still a gem in an ever-evolving town.

furnishings are a bit dated but that’s not a big deal, either.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were greeted with a complimentary cold beer upon check-in. The room was HUGE and included a separate bedroom, living room, dining table, murphy bed and large patio. It's located in a very beautiful and peaceful area on the river, surrounded by trees. There is a cool brewery located across the street, and the hotel it is in walking distance to Hayden Holmes Amphitheater. We would 100% stay here again.

Nothing, everything was excellent!

We splurged a little with this place and it was a very pleasant surprise. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and lots of space (own little sitting room with a fireplace - didn't use the fireplace). The breakfast was awesome - fresh croissant breakfast sandwiches, coffee was great, fresh OJ, and more. Great location with a view of the river and relatively easy walking access to the river path. Close to OSU Bend - which was our destination.

Great location, excellent staff, well built inn that is standing the rest of time, great channel lineup. great bed & bfast style comp bfast. It is so quiet I barely heard anyone even though it was busy. Tall ceilings and large room were amazing!

This could easily be a solid 9 if they went the extra mile in cleaning and upkeep - overall clean but lamp shades were dusty, pillows were wrecked and hid a bed in our room needed to be replaced. But overall minor and still a solid 8.

The room is super quiet, even with the air conditioning running. Love the bed, so comfy! The location to the river and the trees made the balcony very private. Sink both inside and outside the bathroom made it very convenient for two people. Lots of parking space.

Would have preferred walk-in shower instead of in the tub shower, for us seniors. Having said that, the shower head was nice and powerful, and the shampoo/conditioner/lotion scent (ginger ?) was really nice!
