The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the view (and sound) of the river outside my balcony was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Best was that it was a very short walk to the convention center.

I wish there had been somewhere in the hotel to get coffee or a quick breakfast or lunch. The restaurant is lovely, but very slow and very expensive, not really suitable for an everyday lunch during a week-long conference. I also with the TV made it easier to connect my laptop to watch my own stuff.

We checked in late at night for a one night stay passing through town, and we had previously stayed at the hotel a few years ago. The front desk employee was SUPER nice, and gave us a free upgrade from a double queen room to a king overlooking the river. The staff have always been top notch at this hotel! These type of rooms (King suite overlooking river) have Kuerig coffee makers, glass glasses and coffee cups, 2 sinks in bathroom, make-up mirrors and even small black make-up towels to wipe your hands on. Soap bars are locally sourced and smell yummy, and the other toiletries were very nice. River-view is always great, nice to wake-up and have coffee to the sound of a rushing river.

2 small negatives- the rooms sliding door to outside/river area needed desperately to be adjusted, it took all of our strength to open it. It was possibly off the track? And housekeeping had mistakenly put only 1 regular coffee pod and 3 decaf in the room, so we had top call to front desk and wait a bit for some regulars to be delivered. However front-desk staff was cheerful and happy to help.

Nice accommodations and enjoyed the river running by our room! The covered pedestrian bridge was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and sufficient number of pillows. Nice shower also.

The room was so nice but the sliders were faded and obstructed your view. There was an unpleasant odor from new carpet perhaps. We were out west for 2 weeks and this was the only facility that did not offer a Continental breakfast. The cabinet for the refrigerator was busted as was in 2 other Hyatt House hotels. Good salesmen for the exact same cabinet configurations.

The room was great, beds were very comfortable. It was quite and relaxing during a hard time. Our dog Jack needed emergency surgery after a bad break in his front right arm. Was nice to get a early check in after leaving the first place we went to that was more expensive but far inferior to Riverhouse. Would recommend to any staying in Bend.

Would rather go to a vending machine than going to the front desk to buy snacks. Standing in line with people trying to check in was wierd.

We've stayed here many times. Good location in Bend if passing through & have a car, but please note, Riverhouse is not centrally located, so one needs to drive to more touristy areas. Unique property with the Deschutes River literally running through it, so there are some nice scenic views to be had if walk around the property. There are also a pretty good bar & restaurant on site, as well as indoor & outdoor pool areas & a spa. Great complimentary coffee in the lobby (Stumptown this time).

We were bummed that the bar & restaurant were both closed by time we arrived - a little after 10 pm; this is probably a Covid-19 thing. While the rooms at Riverhouse are always clean & the beds are comfortable, the last couple stays, we have had the thought that it's time for a little "facelift". This particular visit we found the staff were a bit less friendly & helpful than in the past (perhaps also a Covid-19 thing??).

When I got there, I told them it was a surprise for my husband‘s 53rd birthday. I asked if the river view rooms were all the same. The hotel clerk said she would check if the room with the best view was available. She said it was available and she gave the room to us! It was amazing! The only thing blocking the view was a few pine trees. She also gave us two free drink and one appetizer voucher! The room was a semi suite with two queen beds. The beds were super comfortable with very clean bedding, plenty of pillows on each bed, and the covers were so fluffy and soft!! The room was on the second floor and the balcony faced the restaurant, which looked so romantic and the lighting on the restaurants outside patio seating was so tranquil to look at from our balcony! Our sliding glass door onto our balcony was basically one whole wall and when open you could listen to the river’s rapids or sit in the chairs on the balcony with the slider closed and enjoy it that way! The room was very clean, comfortable, romantic if you want romantic or fun if you want fun! I ordered food from the bar menu and the food was amazing and worth the price for me 😀 I highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the room they provided . It had a great view and all amenities .The location was a plus and I enjoyed the restaurent and hot tub .

The room could have been cleaner , there was hair all over the blanket . Not even once did they provide fresh towels or coffee unless asked . The hot tub was dirty and off putting . There was a weird gas smell in the gym . There was also no access to a water filter in the building we were staying . The EV charging spots were extremely slow

I truly loved the beauty of the property and its location on the Deschutes River. The property has many amenities that we loved such as the restaurant, pool and jacuzzi, bar, and restaurant. The staff there are very helpful and were able to give us great recommendations in the area. Lastly, it is conveniently located within 10 minutes from Downtown Bend.

room was nice, some stuff not even plugged in. the only complaint was the service for food at restaurant, we were seated by the river and waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our order, went to bar and got service . not quick but got service by bartender. it was not busy at all but could tell no one gave a crap what they were doing. attitude of everyone was just bad. I worked in the restaurant business for 15 years as a manager and have learned the attitude of the workers comes from the top.

We stayed here a year ago and loved the amenities. Indoor pool and spa are awesome! The food at Currants was so good! I was so happy to have a bottom floor unit for my boyfriend and I and an adjoining room for more family.

The room was so hot the entire time we were there. The air said it was 61 degrees in the room but I think it was blowing back into itself off the side of the desk and throwing the thermostat off. Loved our location. Currants restaurant although the food was great service was very very slow.
