The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff members were uniformly helpful. Example: They had quarters at the desk to trade for dollar bills for the washing machine/dryers. They made sure we had a room that was close to the front desk, because one of us has mobility issues. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices from eggs/sausage to bagels/cream cheese to yogurt and toast or cereal. Good coffee. Parking was easy. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Very, very comfortable beds!

The location was about 2 miles from downtown, a bit further than we would have liked. But really OK.

Great staff and the pool and jacuzzi were really perfect. Great location near all food options we could want as well as easy access into downtown. Room was nice and clean. Wifi was reliable, which was great.

The beds are small. Really only for one person or an adult and a small child or two small children on their own. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers in these double beds. It was TIGHT. Also, with all of the staffing issues they had a sign that said they couldnʻt guarantee the room was going to be cleaned in the middle of our 4 night stay. That was a bit tough but we tried to be extra neat.

The location was close to where I had to take my mom for a sleep study. She got out at 6:00 a.m. and we came back and slept some more. There was a nice selection at breakfast too :)

I appreciate that there was a microwave in the room. I made some popcorn. But I noticed that the microwave smelled like burned popcorn from a previous guest. It did not look dirty on the inside, so perhaps nothing could be done about that.

The breakfast was pretty good. They did have a variety of foods. There was no decaf coffee and the food quality could have been better, but overall it met our needs. I liked how quiet and clean our room was. Check in and check out went smoothly. Location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Would have loved to have some decaf coffee and gluten free breakfast options.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was very good. The lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas! The hotel is nicely situated in Bend and you can walk to many restaurants, coffee shops and stores

When we entered the hotel and until we got into our room there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The hotel says it is "smoke-free", but that smell was so strong!

The room rate comes with free breakfast so, that 's a plus. The room was clean and the decor is up to date. It's quiet so we slept pretty well. The bed was comfortable, which was great. The staff was nice and helpful during check in. Walking distance from restaurants and shops.

The pool and hottub were not packed. The front desk staff were friendly. Nice room for price.

The only thing that really was a struggle was the towels piled up due to no cleaning service while we were there.

The only vending machine was out of order, and we had rude noisy neighbors the 1st nite, breakfast was decent. I also liked being able to choose which floor our room was on!

The manager got us in early and made arrangements that our room was close to outside parking and access. My husband is disabled and we needed to be able to access room easily.

The room was crowded and there was really not room to move around and the only chair was the one at the desk in room. Hard to figure out the TV. The ice machine was in awkward area next to everyone trying to get breakfast. The breakfast room was very crowded.

This property is located next to great dining in multiple close locations. Close to shopping and close to medical facilities. It has one of the best breakfasts is that they offer free. Staff is extremely courteous.

The bathroom is a little dated and not as sparkling clean as the rest of the property.
