I like the fact that when I got lost I called the lady from the front desk I'm sorry I don't know her name and she talked to me until I got to the facility giving me directions step by step out to her I want to say thank you other than that it was good that that are we got a family room and it was it was not on reasonable at all it was $129 for a night and that's great you had three beds two rooms and the rooms were very clean and the staff was very polite and I just want to say thank you to them for making my family feel comfortable and I absolutely love the waterfall in the front it was beautiful

I didn't like the fact that you have to wear a swimming suit before entering the pool not everybody wears swimming suits and the doorway when you go into the door you have to step up I so maybe you know put something there so people know not to step up but and then the deposit thing they didn't tell me that it was going to be 3 days before getting it back but it was pretty hard to find but when she got there it was good

It appeared as though the rooms have been upgraded, especially the bathroom it is a very nice Ada

There was a "peeping Tom" running around the property... The first night it was obvious especially when I checked outside the window the next morning and saw about a dozen cigarette butts around my window and footprints. I told the front desk on 3 different shifts about it and each one sounded more surprised to hear it than the last so apparently nothing was done. On the 4th night they were still there running around. The cigarette butts are still outside my window.

I ove how clean the room was!! Everything was wiped down. I used to be a housekeeper, so I noticed things that most people won't notice... over all the staff was great and polite. The rooms were cleans. The location was by the highway. I knew that when I booked it. I'll definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area

There was one chair in the room, lol... It's not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have an extra chair for my boyfriend and I to sit at the table

I've been staying at Sunnyside off and on for several years now. It's my favorite because when I have to come into town for work it's pretty close to my office and the price is usually fairly affordable They've been having minor issues recently when have stayed, this most recent stay there was a light fixture in my room that wouldn't shut off. I appreciate that they moved me to another room and that they upgraded me to a small suite with a fireplace. (Although the fireplace didn't operate I appreciated the gesture!) I know places have been struggling since COVID. This is one of my favorite go-to's and I hope they can pull it together a little better!

Needs some TLC in general

I've stayed here a plethora of times, like seriously, a plethora and if that's the case, it stands to reason that this hotel/motel hits the mark in all the right places. First off is the value, second is it's always been satisfactorily clean, thirdly the staff has been pleasant in pretty much every interaction and lastly the facilities are at minimum average or above average in upkeep and convenience.

Other guests can be annoying and parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on where your room is.

quiet and awesome staff

you discontinued the selling of food in the lobby. being a guest who is a night owl food service is closed at night and the sale of convenience food was an awesome touch. I am sad to see it go. oh well there has to be another motel that offers food sales somewhere near by. I guess they will be my next place that I stay with simply for the convenience of food sales

They had a great selection of snacks and drinks up front. It was directly off the highway. The family suite was 2 while rooms with the connected door, that was great because we had 2 bathrooms too. Close to lost of food.

The road noise was pretty loud, even through the night - because it is directly off the highway. Because of all the one way streets, it was a pain in the ass getting in and out because the connected hospital's parking lot was being painted. Therefor it was closed, or it would have been much easier accessible.

Nice room. Great check in receptionist. Very professional and friendly. I was on the top floor so no upstairs noise. I walk lightly but I can feel that if I stomped that someone could hear below. Good parking. Good trash removal. Dated building but they are trying hard to make it a good place to stay.

Mattress was worn out on one half where most sitting occurs. Male cleaner woke me up beating on my door to ask me if I was checking out even though I was booked for 3 nights and the privacy sign was on my door. He had no clipboard to see my occupancy period and I snapped at him while standing behind the door naked. Property is next to a hospital and many tenants are visiting loved ones late at night and don't need to be treated like low life people when they sleep days.

very unique property, rooms are super cool and big. Pleasantly surprised by how nice it is and the best part, it is affordable which in todays market is the best point! other hotels are double the price and for what reason, I assume just to take advantage of you. But Sunnyside Inn isn’t one of those, great price that my family could afford and that I didn’t have to go broke to stay the night at after having to drive 4 hours to take my son to a specialist. Glad this place is what it is
