I really appreciate that this place is operated by a family. We have stayed here several times and it’s always nice to be greeted by the staff when we arrive. The rooms are pretty basic but they are always very clean and comfortable. I love that they are pet friendly so our pup can join us. I LOVE that there is a pool for my kiddo to swim in and a hot tub for me and my partner to relax in. And I appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff is. The price is also affordable which is so helpful when we want a little last minute mini vacation. We will continue to frequent this place every time we are in Florence.

The surrounding lots look like there might be some construction going on. I little clean up would be nice.

I liked the mini fridge and microwave oven. Cable TV was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Easy parking. Quiet in the room. Coffee and snacks available in the office in the morning. Tourist entertainment brochures. I had a good stay want to go back soon. Location was excellent. Nearby market's fast food retail stores and fine dining really close by.

The sign said pool closed . But we watched NBA conference championship in our room. They were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the stay.

Liked · The facility is amazing. Everything is clean and modern. Room is super clean and minimalist. Beds are very comfortable. With all that being said the staff is probably the best part! Some of the most genuinely professional and courteous people I've experienced at any hotel in my life (and I'm in the hotel industry! The staff truly make this hotel glow with the effort they put into making a stay great. Thanks so much for each and every one of you for your hospitality. We will be back!

Easy to make reservation entirely online.

Auto-fill of the date was annoying, and difficult get right. Confusing 'free cancellation'. I immediately called the motel to undo a mistake. Motel says they can't cancel a Booking.com so I must cancel with Booking.com online. Online process says the cancel request takes 48 hours. So far, there is no charge to the card. --- And, I get this survey that does not allow me to skip questions that do not apply. So, these forced answers are tabulated with real answers. So, survey score is garbage. Motel: good (probably). Booking.com: meh, I will call the motel and talk to the staff. Don't need this automated frustration.

i liked how kind the workers were . the pool and hot tub was nice for my family my kids had a great time ! i enjoyed that in the family room with the kitchen has 2 beds in a room then one bed in the living area. it was clean and we had a great time!

Very respectful very helpful the accommodated my needs due to have a special needs child when I need you to check out a little bit late it wasn't a problem when I got there it was a little bit later at night even kept the pool and hot tub open a little bit later for my daughter to enjoy her birthday they are awesome great I couldn't ask for a better staff

The motel was right on the highway, which was very convenient for us. Surprisingly, it wasn't noisy in the room. Our room was huge! The bed was super comfy, a big deal when you're on a 3 week road trip. The owner/ operator was vey friendly and knew the area well.

Parking lot an lighting needs to be much better in order to be inviting. It's a little intimidating first pulling up to the property.

Excellant service and reasonable management. Clean hardwood floors and spacious rooms. Dreamy water pressure and temperature. Enjoyed the pool and spa.

The lighting is harsh and could be easily improved with some bulbs that put off a warm glow. The lights are way too bright and make looking in the mirror an uninspiring experience.They could add plug ins on the bedside tables. Outlets are not super convenient.

We stayed in a pet friendly room that felt clean and fresh, the floor had no carpet which is nice with dogs, easier to clean up if their feet get dirty. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Did not use the shower, or refig, or coffee but it was nice that is was available. Did not try out the pool but it looks like people were enjoying it.

We would have like a little grass for the Dogs to potty. The only area we had to use was hard to walk on and to try to clean up after them.
