Great breakfast. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Balcony and fireplace were a plus. Will stay again

It was close to the beach. The ladies at the front desk were having difficulty checking me in within their computer system. They remained very pleasant and they put me in another room to see if it would work and it did. It actually was an upgrade but with no added charge. The room was clean and has a single serve coffee maker where you can bring your favorite k-cup coffee pods with you. They provide some in the room. The breakfast they serve is very nice and includes quite a variety including fresh fruit. North of the hotel is a fish/chips restaurant called J’s Fish and Chips which is really tasty!

Carpeting in the rooms. I prefer laminate flooring.

The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help out with any issues (there weren't any, but still willing to help out with anything I needed. They constantly asked me how my stay, the condition of my room was, and if there was anything else they could do to make my stay more pleasant. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had anywhere, period.) I am completely blown away by their hospitality. I have already booked another stay with another Best Western Plus for my future travel needs. A+

I really can't think of anything that simply wasn't phenomenal about my stay here. I will be coming back next year to Lincoln City, and this is where we will be staying again.

The 2 Rooms we had were clean, the pool, pool facility was great! And enjoyed the breakfast. cleanliness is what I believes people love about “best westerns” for majority locations.

Alll staff but 1 are very grumpy at the front desk along with the staff that work with the breakfast. when I was walking down the hallway on 3rd floor by the stairway, there was one employee could be manager walking behind the front desk Lady raising her. Telling her she had to work certain days weather She liked it or not …after that for the rest of our stay, she was a grumpy grouchy and huffed & puffed if we ask for something.

The breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of food and hot, servers were attentive and cleaned up after someone left. Our room was located at the end of the hall with a patio we used to enjoy the night air.

First night the tv was not working, but it was fixed by the next day.

Location was great, hotel itself was fantastic. Looked clean and fancy. Our room was huge (3 TVs!!) swimming pool, hot tub were fun. Kids loved the pool. Wish I had time for the weight room. But omg the continental breakfast was amazing. So many options. Also all staff were very friendly and welcoming. My family will easily go back there in the future.

Ehhhh the beds in my opinion weren’t that comfy. But that’s just a preference thing. I like soft beds, too firm for my taste.

The room was very clean. We didn't really see much stuff

The bathroom is in control of your toilet paper use it only allows a square at at a time so if you are doing the doo start getting your wipe ready as you get your business done 😂 and the wind was blowing so hard our room was whistling all night kept waking me up.

When trying to make reservations I was having troubles so I called the hotel and asked how much a room would be for the night after she told me the amount I asked why the price difference from the internet ans told me to go do it on the internet and hung up. Rude front desk person.also why have a special request spot on the reservation page if you don't do it. I know you have rooms with recliners in them.

The handicap room had outside exit door straight to parking The breakfast had gluten free options the fountain out front was nice , the staff helpful tbe expresso machine and tea available all hours Nice natural Hair product and soaps

The beds not very comfortable Had two separate rooms and worse mattress No place to poddy my dogs

Liked the indoor pool and spa. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, has waffle maker.

No cell phone signal. But had wifi that can be used. Also, couldn't use HDMI cable with TV since the outputs are locked forcing you to watch the cable options. Please change this setup since it's pretty ridiculous if you want to stream from another device.
