This was the second time we stayed at the property and I love it there. They always have a full stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with and it has such a wonderful view. They building is quite and cannot hear any of the other guest. We stated in room 18 and 19 this time. I prefer 19. 18 is alil outdated and the bed is springy.

I wish the pool and recroom were open and wish the main beach access stairs were available.

the view was amazing, the rooms were clean and well stocked. the pool was warm! the staff was nice. I will be coming back, the place is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. plenty of sleeping room, much more than we needed for sure. plenty of space to play with the kids.

the driveway in and out is a little rough for people with low cars, our balcony sliding door didn’t lock and the screens lock didn’t work, would have loved to leave the door open at night to listen to the ocean. (only real concern). would be nice if the pool was open past 7pm for the people staying one night because check in is at 4 doesn’t give a lot of time to get to the pool.

We like the ocean view and the clean and nice rooms. The kitchen was wonderful!! The packing was very awesome, there were always available parking spaces for all! We love this Ocean Terrace Condominium and we will come back soon!! Thank again for your excellent services and friendly staffs.

The previous guests had messed up the HDMI ports cables so we could not turn on the TV in the room so we called the front desk person to come in the room and fixed it. Should the TV connection in the room be checked to get ready for the new ones arrive. Anyway, thank you for coming to fix the TV issue quickly!

Loved the view. Clean upon arrival. Loved the new stairs. Pool was open. Friendly staff.

Guests were smoking right out the door. Smoke would blow in. Complained to office nothing was done. Guests kept smoking. Staff told us we would get a refresher clean mid week. Not done.

The room # 10 was a bottom floor with patio door! had the best with an ocean view! had a blast on the outside patio with an outdoor picnic table! We loved the rooms with a stat in the living room with open kitchen! and the bedroom had its own stat with a ceiling fan and great bed! Had TV’s in bed room and living room that had easy operation! Comfy setting with a recliner and couch and table and bar stools! This was great with the location to everything you want to get to! loved the the stay and would love to stay at this property again longer!

The only things i didn’t like was that the the stairs to the beach was out do to repairs. but the optional stairway was ok. And the recreation room and pool where closed to Covid but understandable.

I liked the apartment style. The separate bedroom and the full kitchen. The view from our room was fantastic. A short walk to beach access since your stair access is closed for repairs. Our coffee pot broke and the office staff replaced it with one for us to use. Central location for a lot of activities. Would recommend and would stay again. I felt like I could move right in, very homey and nicely decorated.

I would of liked to have the pool and rec room opened. But it didn't deter our stay, we kept very busy exploring the area.

i loved how organized, clean and airy our unit felt! with three generations in one condo we were worried it would feel cramped but even with the bed pulled out the main space was still comfortable and truly cozy! the fenced area right off the condos is an amazing touch and great if you bring young kiddos with you <3

the only downsides were unavoidable, repairs being made to the pool and we didn’t manage to unlock the gate leading to the beach for my 17 year old to wander down. but that was an easy fix with a quick run down to Moes and parking right off the beach!

The view of oceanfront and being on the end of the building location. It was quiet and decorated nicely (#10). We liked how everything was labeled in the kitchen area.

Not having direct beach access (stairs), no prior notice of it. We felt there should have been a discount on the room because of of this. The screen door was difficult to open. The glass slider did not lock easily.

The size of the room and pool were both great, that staff was super friendly

Literally the only “complaint” I have is that the bathroom was small but other than that every thing was great

Love the location, quick walk to the beach even with their beach access being under construction. I've stayed here 3 or 4 times now, and it's the best spot I've stayed at. The rooms with kitchens are great, helps cut down the cost since you don't have to eat out for everything.
