WOW! I cannot express how pleased I was by this experience at the Coho. I've been going to Lincoln City for quite some time now and regarding hotel stays, this was one of my favorites. The location is great, the facilities were lovely. We stayed in a room with a small kitchenette. It came equipped with a tea kettle which I put to good use. There was also a fireplace. The staff were exceptional! They were helpful, pleasant and kind. This included the front desk staff, kitchen staff and janitors. Cheers to Chris, Beau, Anna, Cheyenne, and Gayle especially. The staff did their best to meet our needs. There is also an elevator! This was fantastic if you were moving a lot of luggage or have physical challenges that limit mobility. The breakfast was tasty.

The bed had a bit of a "dent". Meaning, it was well slept in and you could feel it. Outside of that, this stay was wonderful and I have no complaints.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and our experience. Having booked through a third party, I was not optimistic when I called and asked if we could change our stay by a night. Not only was Beau helpful, kind and understanding- he upgraded our room! The family suite was perfect and the view was incredible. The breakfast was so good too! A lot of options, plentiful and delicious. When we come back to Lincoln City we will be staying here again, without a doubt. The other thing that is hard to quantify is the vibe of a place, but everyone we came across here- front desk, housekeeping staff, and other guests all seemed so genuinely happy. Thank you for giving my son a wonderful birthday weekend :)

Loved everything about staying here. Our room was on the first floor so we had a small patio to the lawn and ocean sunsets. The outside fire pits are so relaxing and a fun way to meet other people if you want. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes away and our dog loved the long runs. Breakfast was great with different choices on both days. The lobby has coffe going all day with a fireplace and games.

The bathroom sink in our room didn't have room to set our travel bag. ... just a toothbrush and soap. We had to go to our luggage for other essentials.

The staff , Jason, Beau & Chris (they were the ones we worked with) were beyond phenomenal. Always asking to help or if there was anything more they could do for us. We stayed an extra night due to their wonderful (especially Jason)caring attentiveness. The fire pits were wonderful warm and inviting. The room was way beyond what I expected. Continental breakfast was a true smorgasbord of tastes and delights. Breakfast attendant was very friendly above and beyond. Everywhere we looked people were always nearby cleaning an already spotless environment and answering questions if we had any. We had no idea what to expect and yet we walked into a 5 star facility. The rooms were again spotless, very large and elegant with the ocean right outside our balcony. This is a true hidden gem of Lincoln city and I guarantee I will be returning over and over again.

Nothing. The only thing they could possibly use was maybe a little larger parking area however we had no problems.

We loved everything about this place--wonderful staff, especially the breakfast room ladies!, and the breakfast was great. The view couldn't be beat, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the French press for in-room coffee, and the staff were very accommodating about letting us get milk and other items from the breakfast room, even before or after service. We also loved the various sitting areas, with firepits, and the hotel's proximity to a wonderful beach. All in all, to be highly recommended!

The people are amazing. Chris, Jessica, and Mei were truly unbelievable. I never have felt this kind of hospitality ever. Even housecleaning made sure I was happy. Every single person who worked at the hotel said hello and made sure I was happy. 10 out of a 10 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 😍

The food was lovely. I wish they had more protein options. I dont care for sausages and it was offered for my 2 days. Id love to see bacon on one of the days. I hate to complain because this is truly a 1st class hotel.

Logan went above and beyond to ensure my partner and my stay was amazing. We called a few days prior to see if rooms were available to meet the needs of my 6’9 partner and my 6’2 self. When we got to the property, Cheyanne told us Logan gave us a complimentary room upgrade to the top floor! The staff were wonderful and accommodating, ensuring to always ask if we needed anything. On top of the free glass of wine, the views were just as amazing as the service from The Coho!

Our door had a crack between the top of the frame and the door itself, so it could get a bit noisy with the wind.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Loved the lawn in the back for my dog but also the fire pits and sand area with beach chairs which were blocked from wind but not the view. Fireplace in the room was nice touch. Nice wine and beer selection in lobby. Hot breakfast was decent

The dog smell in pet friendly room. Bathroom was odd with shower and toilet in teeny tiny separate room. Cook top did not work well. All of these were over-shadowed by great location and other amenities

Thievery! Watch your back at this hotel. We accidentally left a couple items of clothing in the closet. After leaving we realized our mistake and called the hotel within 30 minutes. They went to check the room and all the items were suspiciously gone. Hmmm is it the housekeepers? I questioned this and asked if I could come back to check myself and the owner said he would not let me on the property. Thievery!

I enjoyed the commutations for being able to bring my dog. The breakfast was great. I loved the view along with the fire pit. I was hoping for a fire stove. this would have improved my stay I was there to forget the life of stress which helps me forget the stress and when I get back to my word I feel reenergized. I was reenergized upon returning great time away from stress ready to go back to work. I love staying there for the view and the fire pits. they accommodated my Japanese Chin. I recommend coho for their breakfast and kindness.

easy access but parking is bad when I’m a single person trying to unpack luggage to move into the room was difficult when holding the leash on my dog.
