Always a great place to stay! Love the front desk lady Kelly! She is always a delight to see and takes care of all our needs. She is fabulous! Comfortable beds. Clean rooms, nice big screen tv nice surroundings, great breakfast food. Hot tub & indoor swimming pool. Close to the beach and to the casino We have been coming for years. Never disappoints always the best place to stay for your money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

The tv went out due to bad weather no reception for 2 hours. It couldn’t be helped and the elevator went out at 3 pm till noon the next day they got it fixed. Sometimes things happen no control. They got it fixed. As soon as possible 😊

Our hotel stay was excellent. It was quiet at night so we slept well. The room was clean with a controllable heat source that kept the room comfortable. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure and plenty of towels. Nice shower dispenser for shampoo,conditioner and body wash and they all worked. Fridge and microwave in the room along with a Keurig coffee maker was perfect for meals in the room and morning coffee. The breakfast offerings were good with warm and cold options. Location is good with close access to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Would have been nice to have a recycle bin in the room for our recyclables. Didn’t see any recycle bins on the property.

Both queen beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious, nice variety. Love the Inn is close to the beach & stores. Liked having a business desk and fridge. Holiday Inn desk clerks, bkfst servers and housekeepers were very pleasant/helpful.

Only one small garbage can in kitchenette. Would be nice to have one in the bathroom. Excited to be at hotel with pool/hot tub. Informed hot tub would be out of service during the whole week of our stay. 😒

Great place to stay!! Great staff, Clean, comfy beds, big screen TV, Indoor Hot tub, swimming pool, Great hot breakfast ! Close to the casino, shopping, the beach, All for a great price! It’s got it all… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The back door lock to get in from the parking lot needs fixing. It has a sign on it saying card key is not working on the door. It has not been working for a couple months. Which makes it hard to park close and go directly to the elevator Hopefully they will get that fixed soon.

Breakfast, rooms, location, hot tub.

The beds were fine, but a little hard for my achy joints. Would be nice to have the pool and hot tub area for adults only at a certain hour of the day, like maybe from 9pm to 10pm. 🤷🏼‍♀️ We saw and heard kids at 6pm, so we tried again at 830. They were all still in there, which is fine. We knew the pool area had towels, so we didn't bring any from the room. The huge family with the kids had the stack of towels on their table. Nothing left for other guests. I went to the front desk to ask and the poor kid was so busy that he barely had time to grab one towel for my husband and I to use. Moral of the story...bring your own towel.

The management had one young lady to serve breakfast and they ran out. It may have been an isolated case but at 9:00 the line was down the hall to the elevator. It was not the girls fault. She needed more help. There is no view but I was aware and the rates were great.

Where do I begin... This place is CLEAN! I mean, upon walking in, you can tell it gets cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day. The gentlemen who checked us in was super helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor and it did not disappoint! Everything was so well taken care of and the room smelled as if they had just gotten it ready for us. The air was on and the lights were on. The room was bright and had so much light! The TV was a nice size and pulled away from the wall to angle it for better viewing. Shower and sink were all cleaned, towels easy to get to and there were plenty for 2 people. My wife and I just could not get over the size of the room and how nice it was all set up. The bed and pillows were all super comfy! My wife described it as, "sleeping on a cloud" The best part of our stay was the breakfast! The options were so many we lost count! They had sausage (2 kinds), biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, Omelettes (2 kinds), various juices and yogurts, cereals. It was impressive! The gentlemen who was in charge of it and who made sure all the tables were cleaned after each guest, Jose was incredible. We will DEFINITELY stay here again and are already planning our future trips to Lincoln City with this hotel in mind

The hotel was very clean. The beds were amazingy comfortable. Best ive slept on. The hot tub and pool were so nice and relaxing. Room was very spacious. Loved how the shampoo and body was are set up in shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. I want to give a special thank you and shout out to jose the breakfast attendant. He went above and beyond to help me with making a pancake for me and bringing it to me and juice. He was helping everyone in that mannor. Employees like jose are rare and should be celebrated. He also had a smile and happy demenor the whole time. Even when it got a bit hectic. Overall my stay was great and i will for sure stay there agian.

Good location. They were able to accomodate our dogs and had a hot breakfast. The room was good size and clean. Free coffee in the lobby. Close to the casino if that is your thing and lots of restaurants close by.

The pool was closed which was not indicated at time of booking. In addition, I received an email stating only Limited rooms are available for pets and we needed to call and inform the hotel right away. It all worked out as we happened to get their last room which was a pet friendly room however we were traveling and this was booked en route. It was stressful for a bit. The fee was a bit excessive at $30 per pet for one night. I also feel the one person working breakfast needed some help getting hot food available for guests. There were so many people waiting we ended up with muffins and a hard boiled egg.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were clean and in good shape. The chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were tasty. The breakfast was top notch and was better than any restaurant in town. I mean, the cheese omelet's, the scrambled eggs with cheese, the turkey sausage patties, the coffee with the three different flavors of coffee creamers in the pump bottles to the dove shampoo and body wash in the shower. This place was very good, I would come back again. It was quiet too. I posted a review on google review as well. The Pelican Brewery was good for clam chowder and the root beer was great. I would go there again. I didn't care for the 60's burger joint down the street, 15.00 bucks for a hamburger. No way, save your money.

The power surge that knocked out the power for a half hour or so. But, that was out of anyone's control. We didn't care, we had just come back from the Pelican Brewery at the end of town, and it was a great restaurant. There was a storm out, so it could have been that or some dufus crashed into a light pole.
