Absolutely gorgeous location on the golf course with a lot of amenities included to use on the huge eagle crest community , if have time to enjoy them all highly recommend . The room was excellent size, extremely roomy and comfortable. The amenities passes are good until 9pm on the day of checkout and is valid for up to 8 other guests to enjoy also. Was a very peaceful and beautiful atmosphere on the property . We enjoyed our overnight stay .

Breakfast not included in the price as we thought said when booked . They do have a cafe on sight at the lodge although we decided not to eat there as seemed a bit overpriced. The outside hot tub and indoor sauna closed too early. They close at 830 and 845 pm which seems a little early. The room furniture was a bit out dated and could have been cleaned better as it wasn’t horrible but not as good as expected either.

Beautiful place; I stayed in the king suite and had a fireplace in the living room, 2 TVs, and dish ware in the kitchen! Had an amazing stay and the staff was kind enough to let me stay in the pool a little beyond after hours because I was upset I hadn’t made it in time.

The bed was very stiff and springy, the sheets were overly starched and frankly somewhat unpleasant. Carpets and baseboards need serious updating and the fridge was both loose in its place in the kitchen but it also didn’t work very well.

The location was perfect. It was quiet ,even on a busy weekend. Nice environment, beautiful setting.

No place to eat in the lodge, everything was closed even on Fri & Sat. I was directed by staff to a restaurant across the rd, that was supposed to be open, but it wasn't. The next time we stayed we enjoyed the creekside place to eat nearby , but I would prefer not having to walk in the cold, or drive to breakfast.

My mother and I really loved the grounds and all the wildlife we encountered on our walks. The staff was pleasant and informative. Check In was very easy.

We were a little taken back at how attention to detail had not taken place. The bed was poorly made, one remote had no batteries, the A/C did not cool the entire suite, no bedding for the pullout was made available in the room, no hair dryer or an extra roll of toilet paper. We had to ask for all of these things to be brought to us.

We were surprised at how quiet it was there! We walked so much of the property and went to all the sports centers. The outdoor hot tubs were wonderfully hot! The pools were perfect and warm enough for our son to have long swims everyday. The environment is beyond beautiful: the grounds at Eagle Crest (with the river), Smith Rock, Steelhead Falls, we hiked every single day and soaked in the pool & tubs talking about our amazing adventures. We will certainly be back!

The beds and bathroom were amazingly clean but the rug and under the beds were less clean. Otherwise we were so pleased with our stay we have nothing else negative to say!

The property is stuck in the eighties and could do with a major update. Not enough outlets for all electronic gadgets. Sheets on bed had a few extremely worn spots. Why not have a seamstress on staff whose job it is to mend stuff? Housekeeping could do a better job. The bathtub had ground in grime and should be replaced. Lighting in the bathroom was no the greatest for a female putting on make up. One of those lighted magnifying mirrors would be great

People above us loudly banging sex Kids next to us running the halls, knock on our doors and loudly using the sliding door until 11:00pm. These are not under your control. We chose not to call the front desk.

For the price this place was amazing!!! I did not expect it to be so nice! Everything in sisters (even bad quality) is expensive so I am glad we decided to stay closer to Redmond. I loved that we had restaurant options. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy to have the keurig too.

The only thing we were sad about is breakfast is to order, not complimentary. But it didn’t necessarily look super nice so we just went into town for breakfast instead. Also the shower was really small and the door didn’t go all the way across so water sprayed everywhere. But those didn’t make it or break it for us. 1000% we would stay there again! Such an awesome experience for a little staycation.

Location was fantastic. A lot of parking. Staff was sweet.

The photos are very deceiving, they’re taking of the newer rooms with better views. All rooms available face the parking lot. The first floor sliding doors are accessible by the parked vehicles (unsafe feeling). The ac is pretty loud, the rooms smell old, there was a family poolside drinking beer (glass beer), with children in the pool. Overall, I don’t think this was what we expected.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel.

I didn't like how far away the pool/sports facility was. I just didn't realize it was separate from the main lodge. I tried to figure it out before booking, but it wasn't easy to find.
