More comfortable bed than the one I own. Close to the Columbia River. The outdoor patio was charming although the gnats prevented it being useful.

I grabbed the reservation in the afternoon through Booking.com (my go to app) and the included breakfast was not "announced to the staff". And I was not given a voucher upon check-in. So when I went to breakfast the next morning I was surprised to see a cost for the breakfast. Ive never booked a room without it having a breakfast. After some back and forth, I was given the voucher. BW should probably confirm what information is exchanged between them and booking apps.

This is a nice accommodation option in Redmond. Positioned near shops and restaurants, it is a good location for access to the main Bend/Redmond Rd. We used the onsite gym, which consisted of two treadmills, a stat bike, and an elliptical trainer. There is also a small multi-gym. The included breakfast was actually much better than anticipated, with muffins, various cereals, a pancake maker, and some fried food options.

Not only were they able to give us connecting rooms, but because I had requested a handicapped room it came with an entrance directly to the parking lot. We were able to transport all luggage through our room saving the steps to go through the lobby. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance for the average person. Everything in the rooms were great, no complaints.

This place had great service, was conveniently located, clean and the breakfast was awesome! My family came in for a funeral service and, based on their comments on their accommodations of choice, the Rama was, by far, the best bang for my buck. Thank you!

the breakfast was excellent and should have been enjoyable for anyone there. found the staff very helpful and polite. was so glad to use the hot spa in the morning and the hours of serving bkfst and the hours for the pool and spa were great. The room was neat and clean and bed very comfortable.

I think that there should be more time in considering the safety of the people who want to get in and out of the bath shower. the tub was very slippery and I almost fell. perhaps a bar to grab to help older people and ones with health issues would insure their safety.

Very comfortable beds! Easy access from parking lot to our room via the door at the end of the building. Despite being right on Hwy 97, it was relatively quiet. AC worked beautifully in 107°weather! Pleasing decor. Great breakfast.

The carpet had many stains. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of our room but the stains are unsightly.

The beds were remarkably comfortable and the pool & hot tub were a really nice temperature. The rooms were very quiet too, considering all the noise I heard from the hallways.

We saw pictures of a nice sauna on the website, but could never find it. It was never mentioned by the staff either. We were really looking forward to the sauna.

Everything was great. The only drawback was that our room was a bit far from the elevator. Otherwise, we are very satisfied. I would consider staying here again if we are in the area.

location was great and the hotel was clean!

our keys stopped working before check out and first room we were given was a room someone had been smoking in. noticeably by the scent and it was a non smoking room. staff was nice and got us a different room. mattresses need replaced.

Big variety of breakfast items

Found a bug in the bed. Bed uncomfortable. Room and bathroom was smaller that what was pictured when I booked the room. Walls too thin, when someone else opens the door next to ur it felt like they were trying to come into mine.
