hard to compare american breakfasts after traveling in Europe, but it had the basics, and was free, which I very much appreciate. Was totally sufficient.

no real complaints. staff was friendly, hotel was clean and in a good area. Safe and beds were very comfortable. will definitely stay here again. location was also great - central to most most everything.

Convenient location. Room was reasonable and clean. Staff was seen to walk and check perimeter of building. Mostly quiet throughout night.

Room smelled stale when we first entered, but after A/C ran it resolved & was fine. Neighbors talked into late night, but sounds were muffled and not too noisy (adequate wall insulation).

I am not a breakfast person and I normally leave early for work but the staff will give me some items to go and I do appreciate that. In all if I ask then will accommodate me if can. I do appreciate Management for price rates if workers come in stay and come back and forth.

Walking in the elevator which smells like dog or cat in which I do not mind but at times the staff doesn't know that the smell does lingers and usually bothers me but I have to use the elevator.

I was honestly surprised how clean and comfortable this Super 8 was. Perfect for one night with our little kids on our way home to eastern WA from CA.

There wasn't much for breakfast but for the price I didn't care very much.

From the moment I reached the window I was greeted by Gina and another employee both very friendly got checked in. Asked if any slots for pool they were booked for the night but set me up for next day. We received a call from Gina letting us know they last slot opened up and we wanted. That just made our night Next day we met Jessica and let me tell you as a former store manager of 25 yrs. She would be an excellent example of what customer service is. Always with a smile at one point she got busy and we came down because our room key wouldn't work. I wait my turn I was like 5th back she right away notice me and let me know shed fix my key after she finished checking in. It got a little crazy but not once did she lose her cool. And she did it so fast plus answering the phone. With good customer service disappearing it was a nice feeling. Ending with the topper. I only had one issue and the manager had heard me checking out and had pulled me aside being very professional and listen to what I had to say. She apologies for the incident and she handed me her card and next time to ask for her and she'll take of it. If it was not for the rest of the team and the manager I wasn't coming back because.

Overall good place to stay. No frills, but clean and friendly staff.

Overall liked that place, just needs to be updated. Old fashion bed covers, carpet etc.

It was clean and big rooms and smelled good but also allowed my dog which was super awesome.

The girl didn't know how to work the TV and than when I got the room there was already a broken coffee mug in it and at the very end when trying to grab my deposit they then tried to charge me for it when I clearly hadn't even used anything to do with the coffee or anything around it and wanted to charge me $10 dollars for a dollar coffee mug. Other than that it was an alright hotel stay

It was close to the place I needed to go and the staff helped me with everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay and the amenities were very nice. I am happy with my experience and there was nothing to complain about.

I forgot tampons and they didn’t have any in the front which is fine like that’s on me to bring stuff for me but there was one left in the employee bathroom they gave me which was super nice so there’s not really anything bad or anything I didn’t like.

Location was great and good value. Also offered breakfast and fitness facilities.

Noisy neighbors. You could hear a lot from other rooms.

Breakfast was very light, not comparable to Holiday Inn Express, very limited choices.

The staff was very cordial and the rooms were clean!
