Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn

Check in was fast and easy. The decor was boutique hotel quality. Facility was immaculate. Comfy beds, great pillows, lots of towels and black out curtains! I like that they still had a clock radio in the room, a state of the art one! Leticia in housekeeping made sure our room was spotless and full of great amenities. Lots of thoughtful touches! I did not expect to get a coupon for full breakfast at Denny's! And the welcome cookie was sweet, literally.

The pool was full of children, lots and lots of children. Very loud children. Sound insulation in the ceiling would help protect my old ears from the PIERCING SCREAMS OF COUNTLESS CHILDREN. There was also a dog show in town and pup poop in the elevator which the owner DID NOT CLEAN UP! I love Dogs and mostly like Children, but an over abundance of both for my taste! Probably would not be like this on a week day. You could also hear conversations in the hallway, otherwise room was very quiet.

Breakfast, pool , sauna, and bed were comfortable. They have a friendly staff, and having Denny’s for breakfast was amazing.

I booked via booking and this is not the first time this has happened, via booking.com. I always make sure to put down the correct amount of people who hat will be staying and when I get to the hotel they advise me that I only have breakfast for two people because I only had two quest on my booking, when I clearly added 3 adults to my party.

The person who checked us in was very happy and friendly and made us feel special. She gave us some very yummy cookies. Our room was exceptional. Very clean and it felt comfortable. We had a problem with the cooler and someone came up immediately and fixed it for us. It is the "best" Best Western I have ever stayed in.

The elevator is very small when you have to take a cart with your luggage into it. No other problems

Had all the amenities. Other hotels have omitted some toiletries, limited to only shampoo and soap and had limited staff. One hotel we stayed at only provided one soap for sink to use between that and shower. Here, they supplied soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make-up wipes, and mouthwash already in the room. They provide a free coupon providing breakfast at the next door Denny’s restaurant along with a discount for dinner there. Very nice staff and full tea and coffee in lobby with a cookie at check on and complimentary water bottle in refrigerator in room. These small touches make all the difference after a long motorcycle ride in the summer!

I found nothing I would want to improve upon. The checkin clerk even was trying to rescue a stray cat that was clearly hungry outside the lobby as we were leaving. Truly great selection in staff here.

Loved the pool hours. The size of the room is great for family and the beds were comfortable. The facility itself was very nice and clean.

The front counter gal did not want to provide clean sheets to the sofa bed when requested had to go back for someone else to help with request. Also, found popcorn on floor when I moved table to pull out sofa bed. Housekeeper opened room door at 9am with their key before check out. They did not knock or announce who they were.

The staff was amazing and very friendly! Pool and Hot Tub was great, my kids loved the Pool and Kids Pool. Breakfast at Dennys!! On our last night we ended up needing a second room for my husband since his camp site got flooded out the night before and ended up with the last room available that the hotel had! Very greatful! They saved the day!

Housekeeping missed a towel in the closet, everything else was great so I wasn't too worried about it.

I enjoyed the beds very comfortable the staff was super nice and accommodating. Loved the glass cups in the rooms as well as the water in the fridge very nice touch.

Everything was fantastic except a couple of things, first there was what looked like urine next to the toilet by the trash can in the bathroom the other was when we went to the pool it had kids everywhere in the hot tub pool. Kids are great but at 9 at night I just wanted quite and relaxation maybe a spot in the hot tub.

We stayed in the king suite which worked out great for our daughters to come stay with us. The 24-hour Denny's attached to the hotel was convenient and served as a great meeting place with other family members. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Salem.

Hot tub should be a hotter - felt kind of like bath tub.

Desk worker was amazing at check in and check out. Plenty of parking. Option of which floor we stayed on! It was overall an excellent experience. Lighting was great in the room and there were plenty of outlets. The beds were COMFORTABLE! And this is one of the only places that the next day, I didn't have a kinked neck or back from the bed. Great job!

Nothing. Everything was convenient and comfortable and well explained.

I liked everything the breakfast was good the room was clean. The beds were nice. I wish the air-conditioning worked a little better. The water bottles in the fridge was a nice touch. I just had a really good stay even though it was only for one night. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it To my friends and family.

I wish it was a little cheaper for one night. But overall I think it was the right price. And I wish the air conditioner worked a little better
