Cozy, clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Was a treat to have the pool open until 12 am left ample time for the kids to expend some energy. The floor in the pool area was very slippery so pool shoes would have been helpful. Ron helped us get adjoining rooms for our two bookings which was very much appreciated traveling with 4 children. Breakfast had many options and was very well stocked. We would stay here again.

The breakfast options were phenomenal and the room was spotless and well equipped for all our needs. My family enjoyed our brief stay. We were concerned with our hotel options in the area as I was booking our room at the last minute. However, upon driving up my husband let out a sigh of relief, because he had stayed at a Home2 Suites location before for a work trip. Yet again, Home2 Suites impressed the hubby as well as the wife and kid. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the spa and pool.

Our stay was great, I'm not sure what more they could have done more to make it more enjoyable.

The suites are not in town so it may not be a good choice for someone without a car. There were no vegan options for breakfast, so we cannot review the included breakfast.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and accommodating. The location was extremely convenient. I could just as easily get to downtown as I could hit the highway to do some nearby sightseeing. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I'm in Salem.

The breakfast was good. I tried the sandwiches and it is hard to keep the bread soft. The bread or bun or whatever was not good but i understand that with how it sat there. The rest of it was good. I enjoyed.

I don't really have any complaints. I enjoyed my stay there. Wish is had been longer. Would come back again. The only thing for me to make it better would have been the breakfast sandwiches and how hard they were.

Layout and parking was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Outdoor areas weren’t designed to provide cover in the rain. It rains a lot in Oregon. Elevators were unusually slow and one ended up out of order. Being on the 2nd floor it didn’t pose an issue.

the hot tub is way too hot. also it seemed like there were people who had access to the pool who were not guests. teenagers drinking in the pool area. also didn’t realize this hotel was surrounded by so many prisons until later. wish this hotel was located closer to the main strip.

Room and bathroom were impeccable clean and the kitchenette had everything you would need for a longer stay. Lots of choices for breakfast. Hot food was only ok but there were lots of other options. There is a gym and pool.

Hot breakfast items were not to my taste.

The whole building was exceptionally well planned. The layout, design, decorated and attention to detail was very good. Facilities like pool, sauna and breakfast area were really done and convenient. We were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave.

The gentleman at the desk (I don't remember his name, maybe Jason) was so caring and helpful. When I wasn't feeling too well the next morning, he made sure that I was ok and offered me something to eat.

The bed was very comfortable but was still hard on my back. The price for my stay on a Sunday night was perfect and, in my budget, but the rates on a Saturday night was a little outside my budget. Would stay here a lot more if I can get the Sunday night rate on a Sat.
