Location / setting was peaceful and nice. It was relatively close to ski hill (Mt Hood Meadows). Had a good dinner at the hotel restaurant and appreciated the breakfast vouchers.

It seems like the portions of food at the restaurant were large (maybe good for some, but also can be overwhelming or wasteful to others ... we fall into this latter camp). It would be nice to have "senior" smaller portion option (at a lower price point) ... we would have liked to have tried desert, but were too full. From a $$ perspective, if you had a smaller portion and were able to sell desert ... it would likely be a $$ wash ???

During my check-in, Google guided me to their golf course location, which took me some time to find the right place. I booked here because of the sauna and pool. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. However, the sauna room is away from the pool and closes early. Hope this helps people have the same interests as me when they decide to book this place. Overall, my kid and I had a fun time here.

Quiet, nice layout, easy pool access, beautiful area near golf course restaurant, lovely staff. Room had nice desk space and comfortable chair for working. Fireplace could be lit with duraflame logs. A/c was strong.

They are recovering from some flooding so main restaurant was shut down. This is fine but everyone was rerouted to golf course restaurant. The interior area leading up to it with lounge chairs, pool table, etc needs to be vacuumed, there was white pollen everywhere from trees blowing in, near the restrooms of golf course restaurant. Also room sliding porch door could use some repair, I was worried it was going to fall off whenever I slid it back and forth.

We have been staying at this resort annually for the past 12 years for our families' Cosmic Tubing winter adventure. It has always been clean, hospitable, available with grocery store and resturants close by. 20 minute drive to Ski Bowl...perfect! Plenty of room around the grounds for a nice walk.

This was the only trip they forgot to replace coffee filters for the room coffee pot....but coffee was free and fresh over in the lobby/resturant area.

I love this place and was looking forward to a quiet snow filled weekend. Unfortunately, the power went out and never came back on so the weekend was cut short. The staff was so great. We got to move to a room with with a fireplace and they provided lots of logs. The storm was too bad to drive in so we had to stay a night with no power. Extra blankets and snacks from the gift shop go us through. We were refunded our payment . so for a bit of a catastrophe the staff handled it all with grace and kindness. Can’t wait to go again… Having power the whole time will be a plus!

Beautiful property

Wish I had known they charged an extra resort fee. We were only there to stay the night and didn't utilize the resort property, just the room. This should be disclosed upon booking as I would have selected another place. If you are planning to enjoy the property for an extended time there is a pool, tennis, and golf then it is worth it. If you are just passing through like we were, I would have selected a cheaper place without the extra fees.

Beautiful and peaceful, the grounds tranquil to walk through. And a bonus across the street was a trail however the signs were not clear as to which way to go

We we're on the ground floor as requested, as we had our dog with us. We were upgraded to a room with a fireplace which was fantastic but we're not able to use it as we were only there one night but just knowing that it was there and the size of the room was perfect for us in a private backyard was even more amazing. I wish we could have stayed for a week. The ceiling creeked rather noticeably, thinking there was someone above us. But thankfully they must have gone to bed shortly after us as I did not hear them during the night.

The pet room was very handy. We could let the dogs out into the back fenced area and not worry about them escaping, the Fourth of July celebration was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the bbq hamburgers. It was enjoyable to have a dog friendly place to sit and enjoy the music too.

The king bed had a hole on the right side. There was no instruction how to work the tv. We received advice from the front desk however.

The hotel was a resort type of hotel. The pool was nice and had plenty of seating. The room we stayed in was BIG and had a fireplace (would be very nice in the winter). Like most hotels these days, they still seemed short staffed and did not offer some services. It would be nice to have towels at the pool and the hot tub could use some maintenance to get the jets working.

The location was ideal for our trip to the Mt Hood area. Fairly close and with the weather forecast, the better choice as the Mountain has heavy snow the second day of our stay. Would have been tough to travel off the Mountain for any reason whatsoever.

Comfortable and clean room with the fireplace to make the stay a bit more enjoyable. The amenities of the microwave, fridge and the coffee maker were typical but very nice to have.
