One our favorite places to stay. Staff is always helpful and kind and makes our stay worth staying and most importantly wanting to return when we are in the area. Quite and Comfortable with plenty of places close by to dine and shop. Thank you to the entire Red Roof Staff for making our stay worth returning.

Could of been a tad bit more updated, an interior update and a little bit of a facelift this place would be book solid 24/7 every room. Without reason the place has tons of potential.

It was a convenient place to stay at since I came to visit family. There are several shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

The bed was uncomfortable and worn out. I felt the springs and there was a massive dip in one end of the bed.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The desk area was unexpected and very nice. Great having a fridge and microwave. Wide range of tv channels to chose from.

I did not see any ice or vending machines. There was a lot of noise outside our room in the middle of the night. Front desk clerk did not talk at all, very uncomfortable check in.

the property was clean, and had a convenient location, a the local and chain stores were at a reasonable distance, the staff was very professional, courteous, and highly accommodating. the coffee at the lobby was exceptional. Thank You!!!

The facility was clean and well kept

Very loud music was being played in the room across the hall from me from midnight to almost 230 am. Phone in the room did not work.

Location is great--near roads, and lots of places to eat. The room was a little small, but TV was good, and the refrigerator in the room was nice. Front office staff was warm and friendly and honored my request for a first-floor room.

it was cheaper than some other places in the area

I asked for a late check out when I booked the room and they only gave me until a hour after check out time was any other place a late check out is 3pm and this hotel was not busy

The young man who checked me in was very courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. I had heavy luggage,, so the elevator was a plus

Staff was very nice especially woman helping us check in.... Room was clean. Had everything we needed

Cant really say there was anything wrong with the room....only issue was booking late online due to a problem with the hotel we were supposed to stay at but chose not too. A king room wasn't available like said online when we got there but the woman working there gave us a different room upgrade for same price as room booked. Cant complain

Every staff member we encounter with were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

The coffee they had in the lobby could be a little better. But it was free and convent.
