when I arrived, the staff member was asleep, so I was standing at the front desk for about a good five minutes before she woke up. No worries I can understand. She probably had a hard day. Other than that the accommodation the kitchen in the room was great. no noises by the guests the children that were there were well behaved and it was a great day. But I really like is that they provided washing machines and dryers and also had a up-to-date vending machine. That room was only accessible by the guest. So great facilities all around. The location is also clutch because it’s not accessible by any mall or plaza but tucked away in like a very small business area off of the main road but definitely centralized near the highway and near places like Target, a Filipino restaurant down the street, Burger King… you know… Local restaurants. would definitely stay here long term again. This past week I have stayed at several other hotel name brands, including Hilton Garden Inn and I choose extended stay for price and accommodations above all of them. they may have only a grab and go type of breakfast, but with your choices of restaurants nearby, I don’t really put a high score on in-house breakfast …after all, you have a refrigerator and a kitchen.

The Sleeping front desk person but I just caught that front desk lady at the wrong time I guess. Other than that I guess they’re OK.

Amy was excellent with check-in, and provided us with a fairly large container with provisions for the kitchen. She was also very helpful when we left the key in the room and could not get inside. We loved the layout of the room.

We considered the tub dangerous. There was only one 6" bar near the soap tray, and no other grab bars to assist during the shower, or getting out of the tub

The only negative I experienced was that the bathtub floor was extremely slippery. My room number was 107. There was nothing provided for traction. I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out. It is an accident waiting to happen.

I liked having a kitchen in my room. The staff quickly supplied a room "kit" with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. They also provided me with a coffee maker and pre-packaged coffee. Any time I needed additional items, i.e. toilet paper or coffee, they graciously gave them to me. I had problems with turning my TV and a lamp on. Both were quickly resolved for me.

When I arrived there wasn't any luggage cart and I had to wait for one to be available in order to take my things to my room. This was after a very long, tiring trip. The staff went to other floors to try to locate one for me, but there weren't any. I went outside to a couple who had items on a cart, but were sitting and smoking. I asked them if they would finish taking the items to their room, which they quickly did.

very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel, location is good for me. there’s everything you need to stay for a while, kitchenette, iron. Staff is very friendly.

Room had a stove top, sink, and large refrigerator. Good size bathroom. Quiet location with nice trees.

Breakfast was muffins and nature valley bar. Decaf coffee was sanka packets. Coffee ends when breakfast is over.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Clean and well-maintained.

Kitchen equipment was a little basic. Would have been nice to have Chromecast facility on the TV

The room with the kitchenette was comfrotable, clean, and spacious enough. They have prepared sets of kitchen dishes to use; you have to ask for the package at the reception. I liked the system.

The HVAC worked a bit strange. Sometimes it looked like as it isn't coping with the summer temperature, then started to turn the room into a freezer.

the staff was friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect for me.

The breakfast was just oatmeal packets and coffee.

Could of had better breakfast that wasn’t stale. All items were stale and hard.
