We are a family of five so the two room suite with a kitchen and TWO bathrooms was perfect. I was surprised to see that we had a second bathroom. The suite was spacious, very clean and there was even a fireplace. Having three tv’s also proved to be beneficial since everyone enjoys different things.

I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like it, but when we arrived at 2:15, we were told checkin wasn’t until 4:00pm. Thankfully I has my reservation in my phone and was able to show it since we had been traveling for thirteen hours. We were told we could pay $50 for early checkin, but decided to drive around for the 45 minutes to see what was in the area. We also discovered that despite reservations including breakfast, not only were there not be breakfast on Thanksgiving, which I suspected, there was no breakfast on Friday. We did pickup breakfast at the Waffle House and brought it back to the suite to eat so other than an added expense, everything worked out well.

Nice sized room, fantastic breakfast. Nice little setup with basketball court, pool, some jenga. Close to shopping and food by car -- some can even be walked to from the hotel. Bed is company. TV / desk setup was great for doing some work. Accomodated a requested later checkout at noon which helped me out a ton.

Remote was really odd for the TV. Keycards were unreliable for me but might be an anomaly.

The hotel is in a great location and my room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was great. Dominique in particular was very professional, extremely friendly and so accommodating. She has exceptional customer service skills and she is a very personable. Her knowledge and expertise at her job is the reason I continued to extend my stay. She should be promoted and given a raise.

The room next to mine was for my sister and it wouldn't open we had to wait for someone to bring a key and that didn't work so it was getting late so they put her in another room.the next morning im sleeping in its Sunday don't have to check out till 12 well at 910 they slammed and beat on the room door that wouldn't open it was scary to get woken up like that .so ya the room was nice the bed comfortable the front desk people were nice.the banging was messed up and did get much sleep

Approachable and friendly staff. The location is great . The room is clean .There s a variety with the food for breakfast.

. The sofa bed needs to be changed. You can feel the spring not the foam anymore, it's very uncomfortable , the sofa needs to be vaccummed too. We don't like the shampoo, body wash and conditioner placed in a container which other people have shared using, feels unsanitary. Towels should be changed everyday.Some people in the pool are smoking , not just cigarettes but weeds too.

Place very clean. Staff awesome.

Pool was not open until Sat. When I called 2 weeks before reservation was told it be open Friday. They had to wait for inspection Friday but did not open till Sat. Also breakfast is nit self serve. Employee working front desk had to go back and forth to do it.

The location. It was clean. They were very quick to repair the water leakage in the room.

Loved it there, the staff was very nice and the location was great right by the beach plenty of places to eat around the hotel

I absolutely liked everything about this facility breakfast was amazing room was huge with all amenities like at home pool was clean and nice seats they set out corn hole boards basketball court gym was nice

Very courteous helpful staff. Full kitchen with full refrigerator, stove and dish washer!

The facility is old and could use some updating. Otherwise it was clean and very comfortable.
