I really enjoyed this hotel. It was beautiful and the staff were all friendly and courteous. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the free breakfast had a very nice variety. Our room was like a little suite, with the bedroom being a separate room. The bathroom was a great size and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The little kitchenette was wonderful and had everything you need.

The only thing I did not like was that when I checked in I specifically asked if the whirlpool worked. This was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. We were told yes, however, when we went to use it the jets were not working. We called the front desk and someone did come down and said that they would call maintenance but no one from maintenance ever came.

Great layout, kitchen had all the essential utilities and glassware. The kitchen also had a good choice of appliances such as a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a two burner stove. There was multiple irons and hair dryers in the room. They also offered Complimentary washers and dryers for guest.

The toilet was really low so it's not to comfortable to sit. You can hear people from the second bedroom in the suite through the vents. The Complimentary breakfast area was very small it was cluttered like a waffle house after 2 a.m..Someone made a noise complaint because the children was to loud for them before 10pm on a Saturday.

We stayed in a lot of chain hotels on this road trip, and this was far and away the nicest. Room was spacious and quiet. We had a suite with dedicated workspace and a couch, chair, ottoman, and full kitchen! Bed was comfortable and linens were good quality. The breakfast space was amazing — really nice furniture, plenty of space with tables placed far apart, rug, fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, pleasant view — head and shoulders above any other we found! There was a very good workout room and whirlpool (pool closed for the season) — again, the best fitness facility we experienced, by far. The front desk was able to recommend local restaurants, and we are at an excellent Middle Eastern one, a few minutes’ drive. Check in and out were pleasant and efficient. Highly, highly recommended!

There was no light on one side of the bed, and one of the lights in the living area was not working.

The hot tub was great. Breakfast was better than most hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were large and the kitchen was convenient. Very clean and great location. Overall, we would stay again.

The front desk employee was very rude when I asked for a piece of tape from the roll on the desk. She seemrd reluctant, at first, then gave me a piece. When I asked if she could give a bit more. She said no. I'm not sure if it comes out of her paycheck or if they have to save it to wrap the TV remotes but her attitude was unecessary.

Everything was in good standard! Would definitely recommend to other people. The room was very clean and the tub was absolutely the cleanest.The best hotel I’ve stayed at so far! Oh yeah! Restaurants are close by, that you could walk too. If the weather is permitting and Red Robbins definitely was walking distance from the hotel.

I can’t say anything else could have been better.Everything was just perfect! The house keepers did there jobs well and didn’t have to complain about anything at all. So don’t be afraid to book with them. Because I give them a 5 stars hotel!

Our family of five stayed here for one night in a two bedroom suite. The room was very clean, and the suite was perfect for us. The master bedroom had a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom had two double beds, and a connecting bathroom. The sleeper sofa in the living room was also queen sized. Perfect for our family of kids, where the kids do not like to share beds. Plenty of parking, located 1 mile from the ABE airport. A Red Robin is located in the same parking lot, which is very convenient. Small sundry shop in the lobby that sells ice cream, snacks, and drinks.

The only negative was that breakfast on the weekends does not start until 7:30 AM, and we had an early flight. Breakfast during weekdays starts at 6:30 AM.

We stayed there for only one night for a concert. So we practically used there for sleeping. We're happy with the service that we paid for. The rooms were great, big, clean, had all the amenities that you can need in it (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, kitchen tools) The bed was big and comfy. The breakfast was quite good. I don't know Allentown well, but i can say it took 10 minutes to the city center with Uber.

It would be better if they did not serve the breakfast with plastic cutlery and paper plates. Other than that i'm happy with everything.

The suite was clean. Hotel was close to restaurants and stores.

It was supposed to be an accessible room. It was not fully accessible for people with limited mobility. The bathtubs had grab bars but the tubs were too narrow to fit a standard shower chair. (Which i had to go out and purchase.) The kitchen had cupboards that were too high for someone in a wheelchair. The living area was accessible if you moved the furniture around.

Loved the 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and the kitchen and living area, made it very easy for a family of five because we all had our space. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The door to get in the room wasn't flush with the door jam so you could see right into the hall/room through the crack. Also, the vents were very dirty.

Loved the breakfast and how spacious the room was. We felt like we were at home. Beds were comfortable

Considering some of the reviews, I was hesitant to book, but really not anything I didn't like. We stayed an extra night and they accommodated us easily at the same rate.
