Staff - GREAT...Service GREAT...Room FABULOUS...Breakfast GREAT...Grounds GREAT...Bed - if you like a plush mattress, you'll LOVE the King Suites. Very happy with our experience overall.

ONLY ONE minor, but noticeable issue that is NO FAULT of The Mansion - depending on where in the building your room may be located, the noise level from traffic could be annoying, especially since it tends to carry on well into the night. The Mansion provides ear-plugs if you can use them, but I could never fall asleep with that crap in my ears. That said, I eventually did fall asleep in a VERY comfortable mattress (for myself). Would I return in spite of his issue? An absolute YES.

I have stayed 3 times at this hotel, each time in a different room. Location is great close to Lehigh University. I love the historical charm of the building and decor. Bedding, linens and pillows are very comfortable. Staff (Collen is a real gem) is always very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a real treat in the cozy dining room with delicious options made to order and also there is a continental breakfast bar with fresh fruit, fresh baked goods, yogurt, granola and more. Coffee, tea, cocoa, water, port and snacks are available 24/7. All these amenities are included in your rate.

It is an old building so don't expect modern but you will have everything you need. In the room I stayed in this time, there was an air conditioning unit directly outside the window of the bathroom that was unsightly but again, it's an old building and they need to put the unit somewhere. Not a big deal.

Location for the concert venue we were attending was perfect. The history of the mansion and the way it has been tastefully furnished. Right from contact prior to check in, through check in, until we left, all the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast menu changed daily. Both hot and cold options were high quality.

Only two small points. Larger bath sheets would be appreciated. All door and furniture hinges would benefit from lubrication to remove the irritating squeaks.

Charming, authentically historic, cozy and slightly quirky room that worked well for us. Very quiet for an old house. We enjoyed the location very much - easy to visit the old revitalized downtown for dinner. One of the best breakfasts we've had at a B&B in an elegant parlor with a fireplace going. Friendly staff, very thoughtful touches everywhere.

Nothing to complain about, but reviewers should be prepared to carry their luggage up steps. Also know the entrance driveway is a little hard to see from the street when you first get there and challenging to left out of when you leave. We didn't mind these things and they didn't detract from the great experience we had at the mansion.

The breakfast was excellent! The wait staff and front desk were great! I loved the room size and the bath was clean, modern and very nice. Love the antique furnishings and overall charm combined with a pleasantly laid back yet efficient atmosphere.

The placement of the furniture in the room caused the mini split air conditioner to be blowing the cold air into the top of the armoire rather than into the room. It might be easily remedied. Also- the fact that we were in a third floor room on a 90 plus degree day had some bearing on this. We were given a fan which helped somewhat. On subsequent days that weren’t as warm and humid the arrangement was fine. Also the views from this particular room were not great ( looking out over air conditioning units) but we were ok with that as we were staying out of necessity rather than vacationing.

Breakfast was very nice; the location was convenient; the grounds were lovely, as was the building itself -- lots of character and history to enjoy! And the staff were friendly and attentive. They were happy to go the extra mile to make sure guests were comfortable and pleased.

Our room itself, in a corner of what used to be the attic, wasn't quite as nice as the inn in general. The wifi didn't work up there, and the curtains on the windows were thin, so the light blazed in early and woke us up. Since the soundproofing wasn't great either, the traffic noise was occasionally disruptive, too.

The property is charming with a lovely sitting room with a fire going in the fireplace. The room was charming and the bathroom was newly refinished and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice.

I was surprised on check in to learn that my room was on the third floor with no elevator. It was a bit much having to haul my luggage up three flights. It would have been better to have that I formation up front.

Gorgeous accommodations. We loved all of the antique furniture. Convenient location on Southside Bethlehem. Walkable distance to restaurants and shops. We ended up in the library room which was amazing. Wish we had more time to spend. Bed was comfortable. Staff was so welcoming. Keurigs in all of the rooms. We also had a mini fridge in our room. Will definitely come back again.

The staff were exceptional. So friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough good things. Breakfast was amazing. The property was beautiful and loved all the period details.

Need outside place for cigarette butts. I am a smoker and asked if I could smoke outside. Noticed there were a lot of cigarette butts around. I am careful to throw mine out. I feel like you need an outside receptacle if you let people smoke. Honestly the butts ruined an otherwise pristine landscaping etc which is clearly well thought out and cared for.

The historic Inn is wonderfully atmospheric- you feel transported to another time. The common areas are beautifully decorated and furnished with period furniture. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. All of the staff was sweet and accommodating.

Despite many, many empty rooms on a weekday, we were given the smallest, dingiest room in the back of the Inn. The carpet in the room was old, tattered, and covered with stains. It needs to be swapped out! The condition of the room did not match the rest of the mansion at all, and we spent as little time in it as possible. Make sure you know what room you're getting when you book.
