Great location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. And I really appreciated the blackout blind. Would stay here again.

Just a few minor things... The location of the hand soap and lotion...too far away from the sink. Having a few extra hooks and/or shelves in the bathroom and shower would be great. Would also be nice to have dimmers or warmer lights in the room. Thought the price was high, but I feel all hotel rooms are expensive. :) It just seems like a waste because you're really only there to sleep and shower.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to West Chester University. Microwave in the room is convenient. Free breakfast had selection of hot items as well as yogurts & fresh fruits. Dove products in bathrooms were nice The full size bottles were actually full! (So many hotels don't bother filling them up!) 2nd floor rooms have a nice sitting/computer area. I could get away from the kids and enjoy my coffee in peace. Staff was very nice: front desk clerk, housekeeper and the gentleman who kept the breakfast area filled and clean. He was very professional even when someone was very upset about breakfast items not being there. (It was almost 10am and breakfast ends at 10) I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Gym was out of order. I just wanted to jump on the elliptical. But sign said it was being renovated so I understand. Hope they make it bigger. Only a treadmill and elliptical in a tiny room.

I have IGG holiday inn express several times now. I now always look for this kind of hotel in the area I am in first. Booking web site very easy always works. Price is reasonable and the rooms have big tv, frig, microwave clean comfortable and nice size just a very reliable efficient way to travel

No dislikes no concerns

The hotel was fine. We were in some serious traffic that made us 2 hours late to arrive. I called the hotel to let them know and they were very accommodating.

I am a platinum member and I always book on my IHG app. The trip was last minute so I needed to book for that evening. The site looked different and it seemed to be frozen. I could not search for a hotel nor could I book. So I had to go directly on line. The price that I was quoted on line was not what I was charged. It was only a few dollars difference, but I couldn't understand why they wouldn't be the same. I showed the person at the desk my platinum card but it was not acknowledged and I wasn't offered bonus points. That is not usual and I was a bit disappointed.

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Just mentioned to Anthia that the ac unit in my room needed to be checked as it rattled. She moved me to another room immediately. Housekeeping was very good and came daily. Breakfast was good but the pancake machine was not working. The elevator broke so I had to climb the stairs, but stuff happens not sure if the hotel can be blamed. Anthia was very nice and professional. She is an asset to the establishment.

Fix the pancake machine. I mean seriously it's what you are known for. I kept getting Facebook ads about how great the pancakes are the entire stay. I am returning in June, so get on it

Close to Longwood Gardens. Which was my primary reason for travel . The hotel was in a central location to restaurants shopping and tourist attractions . Breakfast was offered. There was also a small convenience kiosk !!!

Perfect location to Longwood Gardens and King of Prussia mall. Loved the pancake station for breakfast.

Wish there were different choices for breakfast. Bacon and eggs would have been great.

we were originally staying for one night but we loved this hotel so much we decided to stay another night and then we extended it for another night, everything was wonderful, great location, great amenities, everyone is very nice.

The breakfast was what was expected. More than you continental fair. It was hot and enough to get you off to a good start.

There were no bottles of water available in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff They had an indoor pool that's open until 9pm Kid friendly Nice breakfast Nice location Had full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in bathroom- really nice since I had forgot the bag that had all our toiletries in.

-Bed was a little uncomfortable -Pool and pool area were freezing cold -Could be cleaner- found a moldy oreo by the side of the bed and also found a shoe and other items under the pullout sofa bed.
