It was a comfortable stay. I booked 4 rooms for out-of-town guests for a celebration. The location was convenient and had ample parking. Breakfast was good, very clean area.

The person at the front desk when checking in and the following morning needs some assistance with customer service. For example, we asked for towels, on the second day of our stay and she never made eye contact, never said a word, got up, went and got the towels, handed them to my husband, and still never said anything. The room was a bit small, with no dresser drawers just steel baskets. Also, no real closet, just some hook bars attached to the wall near the window with a curtain. I wouldn't recommend more than a 2-night stay.

Nice stay, decent breakfast area with all the usual hotel breakfast items. Good coffee. Fluffy towels, quiet AC unit and ample parking. Close to highways if you need to get places. Staff were not always present at the front desk, but when there they were pleasant. Quiet stay, large room with a small sofa and an intriguing and workable closet in the main room. Comfy bed. Cost was very fair for the stay. Hampton Inn continues to come up to my expectations. Note to staff: if you are going to be away from the desk for a while best to leave a note; difficult checking in when you can't find anyone, the bell on the counter doesn't bring anyone and you're standing there with your bags looking like a lost tourist.

I always hope for a better than average breakfast buffet, even if there is a charge, but this one has the usual just okay fare. Visited Sammy's Bullfrog Cafe in Harleysville while visiting family for an awesome breakfast. A bit of a drive, but totally worth it. Access off the road is a bit cumbersome, but do-able. We were able to quickly get from place to place using backroads even during morning rush hour.

I have stayed there before. It is exactly what I expect from a Hampton Inn. It is not a luxury hotel, but the price /value is excellent, Hotel was very clean. When I got a connecting room- something I clearly specified I would not take- my room was changed immediately by the desk staff. The breakfast is plentiful and the breakfast area was extremely clean.

Ok- so the lobby is really not very attractive but not a big deal to me

Location is great for me. I’ve stayed here numerous times and continue to come. It is a busy hotel hosting university athletic teams so it can be noisy in the lobby in a good way. Kudos to Mike Smith for all his help

The building needs some makeover attention to warrant the price. Fix the ice machines and clean the elevators, please

The breakfast was great, tasty and nice variety. The bathroom was large. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was helpful.

The rooms could have been a little bigger. The pillows were squishy or flat.

Closeness to Wills Eye surgery center and doctor’s office, cleanliness, breakfast

I was going in for eye surgery and they wanted to charge me $30 extra to check-in early. Not very accommodating since the hotel wasn’t full.

I liked the diversity of breakfast items and the freshness. The breakfast area was clean, well lit and well stocked. The staff were in and out frequently to check the supply and condition of the breakfast buffet.

The service desk person Jennifer was amazing. She provided excellent guest service from the moment we arrived until our checkout. The hotel was in the perfect location for what we needed. My first time staying at a Hampton Inn but it will not be my last.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this facility.

I love the convenience to my son’s college. The staff are wonderful. I’ve been here so many times they know me when I walk in. Jessica and Mike are just so sweet I love seeing them when I’m checking in.
