Breakfast was excellent. It would have been great if the hotel had provided a map with walking/running routes. The neighborhood doesn't seem to have great areas for walking/running, but having your customers go out on their own leads to walking on unsafe streets and stress . . . which is what us runners and walkers are looking to leave behind when we hit the road. There are outstanding places to run/walk a short distance from the hotel. Within 10 minutes by Uber, you can be at Valley Forge, or down on the river path. Both are outstanding places to walk/run. Please put together a single page document, which would be available at the front desk, which shows routes out the front door of the hotel, or places within a 15 minute drive, so those of us who do walk/run are not left hanging when we ask for help. I loved your hotel! Jim

We had breakfast but due to Easter we ate in a conference room instead of the dining room where they were getting ready for Easter Buffet Food was good but could have been hotter. Coffee excellent. Server very good.

only bad experience was that the shower in the bathroom had mold around the glass at the base. I think perhaps they should go back to cleaning rooms daily if only to empty garbage and wipe up bathroom. We were asked on arrival if we wanted maid service in am. We did ask for towels only and received them. No place to leave dirty/wet towels and could use bigger waste baskets if not cleaning rooms daily

This was my second stay here. I like the location because you can easily go either direction (towards Bryn Mawr/Haverford or back to the interstate) from the hotel, and most of the hotels along this strip don't have that - you have to deal with U-turns one direction or the other. I know, not a rave review, but it saves five minutes and when you're back and forth a lot that adds up!

Both of the rooms I've stayed in needed some repairs (in this one, the shower door did not close all the way). And WHY do hotels try to use flat sheets as fitted sheets? Efficiency, I guess - but they are terrible to sleep on, always coming off and bunching up. Fitted sheets, people!

It was a great hotel the service was excellent . The room had some small issues . The staff was friendly and considerate and on top of anything I needed. I especially liked our room, a junior suite because we have 2 dogs and the noise was at a minimum .

The location was perfect for our needs and had so many convenient activities besides our main expo convention. The parks nearby were wonderful for the dogs, and the stores snd shopping at King of Prussia Mall were wonderful for my kids.

Very clean, modern, great location and love the amenities. water pressure was amazing. Customer service was top notch and loved the chocolate chip walnut cookies.

Parking towards the front was too small. Having to walk a distance in the rain around the building wasn’t fun. Neon light was right on top of our window making it difficult to sleep. Property shouldn’t allow guest to smoke towards the front. Toilet had a leak. closet was way too small.

I am a recurring guest at this hotel, and for good reason. The property and grounds always look good. The staff are so welcoming and take a great deal of care for their guests. If there is anything needed, the staff see to it, that those needs are met. I feel valued during my visits at The Alloy. Rooms are spacious, comfortable. Plenty of lighting, connections for devices and personal peripherals throughout the entire room. Another plus, is the ability to communicate directly with the Front Desk staff using their custom Chat service online anytime, from your mobile devices, right from the comfort of your room. Upscale dining, a full service bar, and fully stocked convenience area for guests. Pool, exercise room, and meeting spaces. This place seems to be the heartbeat on all of Dekalb Pike! Very lively, and I love that about this place. Simply all in all, a wonderful place for business, and even better place for the leisure. Don't forget Retail Retail Retail, in the form of KOP Mall literally within seconds' distance. Great Place!!!

Not so much a total dislike, but just a "guests beware". Hilton properties will place in upwards of a 200 dollar "incidentals" HOLD during your stay, so just be aware that this is customary with the chain. Booking.com does not list this, so I try my best here on these feedbacks, to share my experiences candidly as a way to help others. It's become common-place for major chains to do this, but you can definitely expect this with Hilton and its affiliate Hotels. There may be some kind of program that might waive these under certain circumstances, but I have not come across any so far. Please share if you find alternatives, as they will help us all.

LOVED this property and the staff. they welcomed us with warm cookies, how adorable is that?!? they were very helpful and we felt super safe with the front doors locking after a certain time. the location was great (across the street from a Target, close to Wawa and CHICK-FIL-A!!) and the rooms were comfy. especially since I started to fill ill while staying here.

nothing I didn’t like. if I had to FIND something, I guess I would say the bathroom shower could have used a little more cleaning prior to our arrival. there were random hairs in the shower (like 3), but that’s if I’m really LOOKING for something.

Bonus Question re: extra services- I only purchased extra food, not spa or more. Front desk employee was wonderful! She understood that I was traveling w/ my 15 year old daughter -so 'TEEN' and would probably prefer 2 queen beds instead of the King I booked, so she found a different room for us! I so appreciated her taking the extra time to find this for us; king certainly would have been fine, but two was better! After playing lacrosse games in the morning we both napped and it was nice to have our space! Thank you!

Price!! It was very expensive, but first place we went to was awful so I had to find something else. Plenty of rooms were still available at this hotel but price was still very high. Booking thru the app made it less than a "walk in" price, but for "secret deal" I didn't think it was worth the still high price. We didn't get in the first night until 9 and left Sunday morning around 6:45am. Tried to turn in key cards at front desk but no one around.

The Alloy is a beautiful hotel with great amenities that include a nice bar and restaurant. The security was comforting knowing that only with guests being allowed to access the floors with key cards. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The parking was not an easy access to the hotel especially when the only entrance is the lobby. The main parking is on a hill to the left side and behind the hotel. This isn’t a big deal as long as you don’t mind a little exercise. Also check your account after check in. My stay was $517 and there was a hold of $997.50 + $200. It took two conversations to fix this.

My child and I were turned away from Sonesta Suites in Horsham by a horrible and rude front desk manager that evening and were worried about finding a good room. We found this Alloy location with a last minute special on booking.com and didn’t have much choice. But thank goodness we went for it! It was only $25 more expensive and had two queen sized beds and excellent facilities! And the staff was amazing when we arrived! We were staying two nights and couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation.

we had to leave.
