Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg East, an IHG Hotel

Bathroom was spotless, super comfortable beds, and large flat screen tv, updated furniture, and quiet hallways. Plenty of clean towels, bed pillows and soaps. Hot breakfast was tasty with many choices. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Easy check in and check out.

All staff we spoke with went above and beyond from the young man at the front desk to a housekeeper we met in the elevator!!

Picky but it was almost 100 degrees outside and the pool was ice cold ❄️

The billing process between Priceline and Booking.com was terrible. There were billing issues that prevented us from checking out on time.

In a COVID world, staff were exceptional in creating a safe environment, especially in terms of enforcing protocols and in maintaining a clean environment. The front desk staff were exceptional in the way they handled situations and customer needs. I stayed here for ten days, and the room was comfortable and had all the modern amenities. There are supermarkets, plenty of eateries, a drug store and a liquor store within walking distance.

In a COVID world, they need to figure out how to dispose of individual room trash since rooms are not cleaned every day.

Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. Staff was amazing. There was a hot breakfast buffet. Tons of stuff to do in the area and only 20 minutes from Hershey Park.

There is no daily housekeeping due to covid

The Inn was clean, all employees cheerful & accommodating. Loved the room. Spacious, very nice linens etc.

The only issue I had was there was music coming from outside all night long, near the entrance., I think. I didn't call the front desk for I thought it would cease after 11 p.m. I didn't call the front desk for my S.O. was sleeping & I didn't want to disturb him. Men can usually sleep through anything. Just sayin' I would definitely stay here again but would request a different area.

Conveniently located . Traveled home from Florida and this was a perfect stop.

The heat / ac was extremely noisy. Unable to regulate from the thermostat on the wall as it wasn't working.

Everything was good. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was better than I expected.

The cost. But, the Outdoor show was in town so rooms were higher than normal.

I like the fact there is security at the hotel

There could be a couple more washers and dryers for the guest to use. One of the Guest Services lady’s at the front desk needs to relearn her job.
