Friendly check in staff, good air conditioning, no bad smells, sheets were good quality, very clean bathroom, loved the walk in shower, nice towels and 2 per person, clean in general, nice pillows, nicely styled rooms, coffee available in lobby, comfortable mattress, very nice breakfast with very friendly and competent staff running it, 4 waffle makers (!), most everything was in very good condition and looked well maintained.

Would prefer no rugs in room. I payed more than others for the room.

Great hotel. Clean, nice breakfast, and recently updated. The price is very good for the area, probably because it's a little far from Hershey, Amish country and Harrisburg attractions.

The location isn't near anything of interest. However, it is close to highway access, so you can quickly and easily get to all the places you might want to go.

The hotel can be seen from the highway which was very convenient! The room was beautiful. I really enjoyed the different menu each morning for breakfast (especially the different waffle batter). I also loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The greeting on the TV when I first put it on really set the mood for how thoughtful this location/company is! 😊 Overall, my stay here was wonderful! I definitely recommend this location.

The bed I slept I may need either a new mattress or bed platform. There were a few lumps in the bed. Besides this issue, I slept very well.

It seems the hotel may have been renovated recently. There wasn't a spot that looked old in any sense. The staff was very courteous and ready to assist with anything you needed.

It's not a dislike but more like asking for perfection..the pool is a bit small for my taste..there were about 20 ppl in it and it seemed crowded ..

Great location. Amazingly friendly and kind staff. Easy check in/out. Great snacks and even some frozen meals available- nice touch. Beds were comfy.

The rugs need to be updated- they smelled a bit. The air conditioner was really cold or not running. No in between. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower.

We enjoyed the pool and fitness center.. staff was very friendly Close to our destination of Hershey park!

As a celiac, I would’ve inked a few more options for breakfast. Maybe bagels/toast? But overall there was a moderate selection… eggs, fruit, cheerios…

Continental breakfast was plentiful and had many hot items to choose from. Clean property, friendly staff, comfortable bed, in room coffee tasted good.

Under my fitted sheet the mattress pad wasn't clean. Those pads should be vacuumed or changed out between guests. But overall the room was very clean and comfortable. Parking spots are very snug if you drive a full size pick up truck.

Hotel was immaculate and beautiful. Beds were super comfy and breakfast was really good. Staff were all awesome and location was great. Will definitely be back!!

Only tiny issue was the tub in our handicapped room..the ledge was still kind of high for my daughter to step over

It was SUPER CLEAN and the bed was very comfortable

Idid NOT like the bathroom door. It was a barn door that has gaps between the wall and door and doesn’t close fully. My family and i felt there was zero privacy in the bathroom. Everyone in the room can hear and smell everything.

Breakfast was started by the time I had to be at work, so wasn't really able to invest the time. And the "grab bags" that were supposed to be available weren't out.

Staff was friendly enough, but there wasn't any direction given on where my room was, or how best to access it, didn't mention breakfast - i had to ask, did tell me that the coffee was available all day.
