The staff was friendly and accommodating. We went to Hershey Park and got refillable cups as we were going back to the park again that week, I stopped and ask the front desk for a sharpie to write our names on the cups and the gentleman behind the counter went and got a label maker from the office. We also got pizza one night based off of a recommendation from one of the workers and needed plates and silverware and they let us take what we needed from the breakfast room. The housekeeping staff made the beds and folded my nephews blankets up on top of the bed he was sleeping on after making it. Everyone was so nice, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable

Location: 14 minutes from Hershey, it's a great choice that's not too far away if you're doing multiple days at Hershey. It's a little hard to see it, but it's behind the Sheetz gas station. We ended up driving past it because there was no visible sign, but the hotel is close to the highway. So if you're planning on hopping on it to go home, this is a great location. Staff: We were greeted by a very nice staff member, Denzel, that explained everything to us. He was extremely patient and kind to our two little kids and even engaged in a few jokes. He was also very helpful when we needed extra sheets and toothbrushes, as well as putting our freezer packs in their freezer so our chocolate from Hershey wouldn't melt on the way home the next day. I had to go down to the front desk a few times and after the 2nd time, we were on a first-name basis and laughing every time. Super nice guy that clearly loves his job and cares about the people who are staying there! Room: It was large and having the sofa bed helped accommodate our two kids while the two queen beds fit 4 other family members. We had a renovated room (not sure if they're all that way or not) which had hard floors, 2 large screen TVs, and updated bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the small side but hey...it's a bathroom. There's also 2 mini-fridges which was nice since we had chocolate to keep cool for the ride home. Price: We paid $272 for a 2-queen room which also included a sofa bed. This fit our family of 6 perfectly and we were able to save money by having just one room. While it wasn't the cheapest room around, it was also not the most expensive so for the value, we liked it. Breakfast: EXCELLENT! To have breakfast included was a nice bonus because not only did they have your typical cold breakfast (cereal, milk, juice, muffins, bagels, etc.), there was also French toast, a waffle maker, eggs, and sausage. Something for everyone!

Sheets: There were some hairs on the one queen bed sheets so we had Denzel give us an extra set of sheets to change out. There was also some hair on that set but it was just 1 long hair. I get that the dryers can't get everything off of them but that was the main issue we had. There was also no set of sheets for the sofa bed in the room so I had to go down to the desk to ask for that. Not a big deal, but if there was a set already in the room, that would've been helpful. Bed: The beds seemed soft and squeaked quite a bit. That led to all 4 adults not having the best rest since we tossed a lot. The pillows were also pretty flat which didn't help.

The grounds and facilities are well kept and updated. We stayed on the top floor. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. The staff were all pleasant and very accommodating. The breakfast was well stocked, prepared properly, and the lady working carried herself magnificently.

The only issues encountered during our stay were minimal. One elevator was quirky but functional and the reservoir tank on the toilet was loose with a leak. Both maintenance requests were handled quickly and without infringement on our vacation.

We stayed 2 different days. We traveled from Georgia to Maine and this hotel was our half way resting spot, both ways. We enjoyed staying here because they are also pet friendly, which we have a small dog. They are conveniently close to eateries and shops and their parking lot joins with a convience store to easily get supplies and gas up. The hotel has very comfortable beds with nice pillows. We had decided to make this our only hotel when we travel from family to family. They are also near Hershey, with lots of amusements.

The only thing we thought was missing, not necessarily disliked, was there was no fan in bathroom to clear up the steam from showers, or be in private when using the bathroom. But it wasn't a deal breaker

Alice was extremely helpful during check-in and check-out. When we mentioned that one of our room lights was flickering, and that we needed a new bulb; the night associate came to the room to change it for us. The room was very nice. It was good to have multiple grab bars in the accessible tub. The motorized controlled window treatment allowed for the preferred amount of sun/light in the room. Breakfast at Country Inn & Suites never disappoints. Coffee, and tea were available 24 hours.

For the evenings, the room was not well lit. There is a lovely chair near the window, but no light for reading.

The breakfast was fantastic. The front desk employees were very friendly. Location was good. Close to Hershey Park, Giant Food Store and restaurants.

Air conditioner did not work and we reported it but when we got back to the room it was still not working. Had to call the desk again and they switched rooms. The pool did not have substantial chlorine. The photo of the pool on the website did resemble the pool there. My Great Granddaughter had to be treated for infected eyes. The hot tub was too hot and we couldn't use it. No way to control the heat.

Management upgraded us, at an extremely minimal price, to a beautiful suite that was very large and allowed easy access for our wheelchair! We Enjoyed the hot breakfast meal!!!

Carpet in the bedroom would be a bit more cozy Did not like the cheese in the omelet but was able to easily remove it...the scrambled eggs were yummy! Could have included more fruit and hard-boiled eggs but overall it was a great breakfast

How the convient store and gas station was walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was good, hot and ready on time. The staff was super friendly. Front desk provided extra blankets and pillows upon request. The pool was close to our room. 24 hour coffee in the lobby was amazing 🙌! Definitely needed that after a long drive. Love the floor in the room, the beds are comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back for another stay.

The pool room was way too hot it was hard to hang out inside the closed room. Making it cooler would be more tolerable. The rooms need some upgrading with fresh paint; lots of chipped paint on walls and doors. The bathroom needs an upgrade, the tub has cracked caulk, the walls and door in bathroom need a fresh paint job. The lighting in the front room is too low. The color of the walls could be more warm feeling to brighten up the feel in the room with no windows.

This hotel was the perfect price point for our 2 day trip to Hershey Park. It was about a 10 minute drive to the park. It included an excellent breakfast each morning which saved us having to purchase another meal. The indoor pool and hot tub was perfect for our kids after long days of exploring. The room was simple and served it's purpose for us to sleep in and get dressed. It was definitely clean. I would just recommend bringing an extra blanket for sleeping if your partner/spouse prefers a cooler climate in the room. The bedding was thinner side of things. Overall I would absolutely stay at this location again!

Breakfast was very good. Attendant was very quick to clean up & replenish foods as needed. Would suggest alittle bigger space but it was tight with a soccer team of 10 yr olds there. Close to Hershey, straight drive right down the road. Loved that there was no carpet in the room and bathroom was nice. Perhaps need a bar in shower inside it to assist in moving around. Loved the lemonade & great cookies. Yummy

Nothing critical. The walls in the hallways look like they ate dinged and need some attention. Question is carpet new? Just looked old. My 1st impression when we parked was that alot of the screens on the windows were ripped up, including our room 230 so can't get fresh air if you wish. Need more hangers since there were no drawers to put our clothes & bag for dirty clothes. But nothing really major. Nice staff, comfy bed
