Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! Staff were super friendly every morning, kept dishes full throughout, and 4 different meats over 4 different days was just so much better than other hotel experiences elsewhere. Fitness center was simple but quite adequate; towels and water provided and convenient to have a view of the poop if you wanted to workout while family is swimming. Check in/ front desk staff were always super friendly and helpful. Never hesitated with more towels and bath amenities upon request. After checkout forgot my wallet and they went the extra step to help get it sent to me as I had already departed the state. Thanks so much guys! Loved the family friendly/welcoming atmosphere. Location excellent to hershey park and other attractions - took in a show at the theater and it too was just a few minutes away. Gettysburg battlefield and Amish farms also fairly close by for a great side trip from here as well. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Value for the experience was A+

Indoor pool was a nice attraction but turned out to not ventilate well enough and found the concentrated chlorine indoors too much to make the experience enjoyable - eyes were burning, throat constricting, etc. So would recommend a review on the indoor pool chlorine levels and/or ventilation.

From the moment we walked in the door the staff was super friendly and helpful! If you are coming to Hershey this is the place to stay! Super close to the park. Breakfast was great! I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that was working the dining area. He was so nice walked around checked and made sure everything was good and if we needed anything. I did also notice at another table they had some type of special diet and they seemed to accommodate that. Over all the facilities are super clean. The staff was great! Beds were comfy. We will definitely be staying here again next time!

Friendly staff especially the breakfast crew they constantly checked the food levels and walked around ensuring guests were doing well making it extremely welcoming, close location to everything but hidden away from busy traffic. Queen suite was great for a family of 4, a little extra room to move around and not feel cramped. Parking was close no matter where you parked, making it easy for multiple trips back to the car if you have a lot of bags. Free breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety especially for little kids, was very pleased with our stay and would recommend to families for the price. I was a little nervous to select non refundable to get a better discount but glad I did as I was not disappointed.

It was a little noisy at times as you can hear all the hallway activity if people drop things or are loud, but I would still stay here as likely that is the norm for most hotels.

The breakfast was very good . It has a varieties for the kids which was great and also the adults.

i think they should have better coffee pots like the Keutig. these little ones they have in the room to me are to small when you like to drink coffee and I don’t like the coffee at all. Another thing I thought was strange was we had a standard room and they don’t come with a microwave. Every hotel I ever went to always had a microwave. Every room should have microwave and a good Keurig coffee maker. Adults love their coffee first thing in the morning.

so close to everything we wanted to do and see! the staff allowed me to pick a room close to pool and exit/entrances which helped tremendously with the kids.

when the 4 parking spots on right of building were taken, he had a long haul walk from end of parking lot to our room which was directly next to pool.

Ada bathroom exceptional. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff; very courteous and responsive, exceptional.

Big downfall was the beds, which were somewhat worn, ours was slightly sunken in the middle; not pillowtop; or padded; and springs could be felt. Disliked comfort level of beds extremely!

I was very impressed with this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Their breakfast, professionalism, courtesy were beyond exceptional for a hotel. Our family would definitely return if we needed a place to stay in that area. It's only 2.2 miles from Chocolate World/ Hershey Park

Cheese omelettes were very cheesy, maybe use less cheese, but still good (with the variety of hot food options)

The staff was awesome. The gentleman in the lobby/breakfast area was attentive and friendly. The woman in charge of breakfast was great too. The food was great., you can see the cut smoked maple sausage was fresh!

I had an issue with breakfast. It says it’s served until 10 so at 935 the guy bringing the food out says that it was the last tray of eggs and potatoes he was going to put out. I barely got any eggs and potatoes because I didn’t want to be the person that finished it off because there were people in front of me. the breakfast was one of the reasons we stayed there. that was very annoying

Welcoming staff, good breakfast, loved that the sofa area was separated from the sleeping area by a large bathroom. Kids had their own space and there was room to bathe them in bathroom.
