The room was large and comfortable. Very convenient to have the kitchen as well. We enjoyed the pool, especially the water slide. The game room was also a lot of fun. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was also very convenient to have a crib provided for our son. Breakfast was decent - pancakes and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. The location was only a short distance from Hershey Park. Would definitely stay again.

The bathroom in the pool area had a slate floor that became very slippery when wet. My young daughter slipped and fell twice when trying to use the bathroom when we were swimming.

The slide was an awesome addition to the regular pool, the kids loved it and helped wear them out. We didn't have time to use the rec/game room, but the option if we would have was also a great addition. Amazed that each room is equipped with a stovetop, loved the small full-size refrigerator, microwave, and sink.

Breakfast was a little skimpy compared to other smaller hotels we have stayed at recently. Appreciate that they have it and it is included, but even cereal and milk would be a nice addition for littles.

All of the available activities for kids and the fact that we could check out at noon that really helped us to not be rushed plus it was only about 10-15 minutes from Hershey park which was our destination for our family vacation. Having a kitchenette as well as a breakfast was great we did not have to spend as much money on eating out!!!

I don’t have any dislikes we would stay again if we come back out that way!

The staff (especially Mike, Isaac, Clara and Shelley) were very helpful, nice and easy to talk to. We were able to get our stay extended 1 day because of our children being sick and needing another day to recuperate before heading home. It was nice that there were things to do in the hotel (swimming, miniature golf, fitness area, indoor basketball, a pool table and a few arcade games). Having a guest laundry area helped our family as well.

The swimming pool didn’t seem to be cleaned out regularly. We cleaned out a lot of hair when we swam. There were minor cosmetic things that could use some attention in our room.

The room was quite spacious and included everything we needed. Having a full size refrigerator was awesome. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have an indoor pool and a game room for the kids.

The bathroom wasn't very clean- there were stains in the toilet. Also the pillows were strangely small and the breakfast choices very limited.

We like that there was a king bed and stove top as we don't like to eat out much.The room was clean and quite. It was not far from where we needed to go. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool due to a mishap with the pump but im sure we would of loved it. We also didn't get to use the game room but agian sure we would of enjoyed that too.

We can't really complain about anything. Bed was a little harder then we liked but managed we had a room with a balcony so there was a little draft.

Rooms they put us in the same floor we had a big size of people. Housekeeping was great. Front desk in the daytime was excellent. Rooms are a nice size. The pool was awesome children went all day. Game room was awesome too it gave the children something to do. Even the 24hr Sheetz across the street was good.

10pm quiet down was different however we survived it. Maybe have a business side and family side to help with people there for work. It worked out just fine. We still enjoyed

The location was great. I loved having a full kitchen. The room was very spacious. Nice game room and pool. The water power in the shower was amazing! Adjoining rooms for our family made it feel like an apartment!

There was very little choices for breakfast. I couldn’t eat anything. The bathroom was a little old. The pool is was alway crowded with kids coming down the water slide.

The breakfast was awesome and ofcourse the kids love the pancakes maker..the pool was clean the staff was super nice..the room was was nice and clean also.the hotel is clean The parking lot is even clean ☺️

I stayed for two nights and asked if the room service can just touch up the room so we can get clean towels. I was told sure.. as coming back from 11am-10pm nooo clean towels no one even gone to the room had to take out my own trash and ask the front desk for clean towels.. we got back that night just to found out my key won’t work (why when it was working when we arrived) had to run back 3times until he switched the keys😡.. but other then that it was awesome

The room was so nice and so much bigger than i imagined. The beds were very comfy. It was stocked with just about everything you need in a kitchen! I loved that there was so much to do for the kids- the basketball court was a great addition and I LOVED that the pool area and game room opened at 7 and stayed open until 10!!!! Got to hang out and have more fun after Hershey Park!!! The deck was so nice

The pillows are small! And the breakfast could have a few more options. The pancakes were actually completely amazing. SERIOUSLY. But that was it besides yogurt, some apples and oranges and some pre-made breakfast sandwiches. I think COVID changed the breakfasts in a of hotels though so this might be why it was lacking a bit.
