good location, large room and clean.

bartender was a bit short and not the friendliest

The hotel has a large gym, and decent sized pool with a jacuzzi. There is also a small restaurant/bar on the premises. They do serve breakfast for a price, but coffee is available for free in the morning. The hotel has a shuttle, which will take you to the area attractions like Valley Forge National Historical Park, Valley Forge Casino, KOP Mall, and KOP Town Center which has many restaurants, and stores, including a Wegmans. The staff at the Sheraton were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle drivers Gregory and Mike were top notch.

I liked the overall clean smell of the hotel room, as well as the room layout.

Only one of our suite's two bathrooms was outfitted with toilet paper. I also didn't like how much of a pain it was to get our Nintendo Switch to work on the TV. The proprietary TV firmware gave an option to connect an external HDMI device, but we could never get it to work right.

The location was great. Very easy to get to. And near a lot of venues. The room was very comfortable, spacious and new. Included a roomy bathroom and refrigerator

There is a nice out door launch, a pool and a hot tub. The bar was open long hours and there was a breakfast option

We did have a problem with the room, but the front desk staff was very quick to resolve the issue and get us another room.

The room looked great except the stand where the TV was looked a bit outdated. The wifi wasn't free to use and the usb ports were very slow to charge.

- quiet, no road noise, or any other - clean big room , with sofa area and bed area, and two big tvs - huge and clean bathroom - I loved the bed and pillows - super comfy

- you have to pay for WiFi (which per spec. would be still slower than my cellular internet ), thus didn’t use it. But cell coverage was good so that didn’t matter

The manager Jeanne was amazing and she went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable. The bartender was also amazing and very professional. He made me some really tasty cherry cokes and my apple martini was so good! My trip was so awesome that I will be back in the near future.

I got charged 350.00 for incidentals when it was supposed to be 50.00 but it was an honest mistake and was corrected within days.

Location was convenient. Mattresses were WONDERFUL. Room/hotel was very clean.

We had a dog and got put pretty far away from parking area. Breakfast is almost non-existent unless you pay for the restaurant.

There was a discrepancy that had to be resolved regarding the charge of the breakfast. I had ordered that the breakfast would be included ahead of time. Sarah Mason was very helpful to resolve the situation:).

Beds were comfy, and we loved the pool/hot tub! Very close to King of Prussia mall.

Layout of hotel was a little confusing. They charged and extra 37 dollars for some unknown reason, but the charge did eventually drop off
