Man working the front desk was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the continental breakfast with fresh coffee. And checkout was fast and hassle-free.

The fitness center needs some attention. There are very few weights in the room. Among the weights that are available, several of them have rust accumulating on the handles. In terms of cleanliness, the center isn’t horrible, but it’s not immaculately clean either. In fact, the sanitary wipes in both dispensers are dried out and should be replaced. I used quite a number to wipe down equipment, but a less conscientious guest won’t bother to clean equipment.

Rochelle was very helpful and accommodating! She made the check in process easy and we felt felt welcomed! There was adequate parking and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! The bathroom was very nice, love the backsplash in the shower. We enjoyed our stay n can’t wait to return in 2 weeks!!!

The sink made a weird noise after we used it and that was somewhat bothersome.

EVERYTHING!😀 Tony (manager) checked us in. He was GREAT. He had a FRIENDLY PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, ATTITUDE. As soon as the doors slid open, he would greet all of the visitors. He addressed me by my last name (which is uncommon now adays). He told us about not be able to serve breakfast and offered us what they had.😄 Moria, also had a GREAT FRIENDLY; PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. Not much interaction with Moria because we we checking out headed to church before the weather started to get bad. Good job Tony and Moria, my husband and I will be back soon.😀

The bedding 🛌🏾(sheets were kinda worn), but nothing major. We survived 3 nights sleeping on them.🤣 The bath towels that were already in the room weren't large enough for adults, so my husband requested larger bath towels. They must've been rationing toilet paper because there were two half rolls, and we had to request a full roll by day 2.🤷🏾‍♀️

Very clean, very welcoming. From checking in to breakfast to asking where stuff. Everyone was very generous and accommodating.

The location was amazing. Breakfast was not available due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Not that it was the fault of the hotel but there was a family that arrived around 5:30 am on Sunday with a SCREAMING child. That was the end of sleep for me. Perhaps putting all the families on one floor would be better. I have children myself and I am very conscious of those around me when I stay at a hotel.

Convenient location. Directly across the street from the mall. Close to the expressway and turnpike. Quiet and clean. Great value for the money.

The breakfast offerings were slim. Yogurt could be a choice offered. Need to be a little more creative with the take and go breakfast.
