I loved the location it was back out the way. They remodeled and painted, so everything was clean and neat. The bistro was nice to get really cooked food. The outside patio area was beautiful little to chilly for me to sit out there but would have loved to. I also loved that the hotel wasn't far from shopping stores. It was my first time in Philadelphia, and it was enjoyable 😉

The only issue was we were on the end where they were remodeling, and it was kind of noisy but not enough to complain or move the room about. Also, my refrigerator went out, and our food and my insulin were in there and went bad. But they were very understanding about the situation and took a day off for me.

love the new coffee bar- avocado toast was delicious, person at counter was very nice and coffee very good. bed was very comfortable. nice checkin and main sitting area all very nice new decor. Very helpful person at desk- Nailah -I needed something printed and she did so quickly and pleasantly.

room decor outdated but I think they are in the process of remodeling everything.

I find it hard to.understand why the number on the website goes to.thearriott desk. I.was delayed and tried to call front desk.with no.success.

Absolutely awesome experience! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff was as friendly and accommodating as they possibly could be!! Highly recommended! Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Maid service and front desk personnel we're off the hook!

The only thing about this hotel I did not like was the fact that their indoor pool was not open, filled but not open....

Location is good, near mall and many dining places near by. Late snacks is good. Food service was good. Everyone was friendly.

Breakfast closed at 10am and there wasn’t a full bar.

The door opened and you can go outside. Overall it was a good place. Close to a lot of the highways. It was quiet and the staff was nice. You can go in the lobby, there is a pantry and you can charge stuff to the room instead of standing there waiting to pay but make sure they know you are taking the stuff. I had an appointment the next day so that's why I stayed there in the first place.

It looked a little dated. And it could have cost less.

The service was fabulous and the setting just as good. Their dryer was broken so they dried my laundry for me. I got a flat and their engineer had a compressor that got me going again. The staff was gracious and quiet and the hotel stylish and quiet. It's my best experience ever at a chain hotel.

although we did have to wait past the time they said the bistro would be open they got to us as quickly as they could when the cook arrived and allowed us to take it back to our room.

Everything was close by. The pool was very clean. they had a restaurant and a Starbucks.

There was blonde hairs in the bed and in the tub.

I loved the location because it wasn't in a loud, busy area. I loved the room because the set up remind me of an apartment and it was so NEAT AND CLEAN!!!! I plan to return....SOON!👍
