Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frackville (Pottsville), PA

The breakfast was good. They had waffle machines at the ready, with eggs, potatoes, sausages or bacon at various times to choose from. Various cold cereal were also available. The individuals responsible for replenishing the food did a great job in doing so. Overall, the entire staff visibly worked hard during our stay. Much appreciated!

The location strictly commercial in nature, nestled within large current and future distribution centers. There are no food, convenience or gasoline locations close by. Its so remote that one would never find the hotel itself without GPS. It's hidden quite well lol.

The staff was amazingly friendly, room's were clean and well maintained. Also, breakfast was surprisingly good.

I would have given a 10 but I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of service when we arrived. I did call prior to booking to confirm the facilities amenities were fully accessible. Also, the pool was unexpectedly shut down for cleaning until the next morning.

it wasn’t about the property. I could not get a picture on tv, audio only. I asked at the front desk and staff was waiting on another traveler and said she would come to my room when she was done. I ended up solving it myself and attempted to call the front desk to inform staff. it repeatedly rang busy. Staff never followed up. Paying $199 plus tax for the room I would expect better attention to the issue. That was disappointing.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and snacks. We liked the extra touches: books and games in lobby, and cookies in the afternoon.

This was close to the interstate, but hard to get get in to the parking lot, as it is in an industrial park. Could use better signs or lights

We stayed following our day at Knoebels. Rooms were clean and the hotel was overall pretty quiet. Staff was friendly and informative.

The ice machine didn’t work on Our floor So We had to keep going on the 3rd floor and they had a really nice place to lounge outside But You couldn’t smoke there !! There where two sides one should be for paying smoking customers

Was very pleased with the hotel, nice rooms and great morning breakfast. pool area was clean and open till 10p. kids enjoyed the stay and want to come back. staff was awesome!

Nothing, location was a bit remote but you can find some good restaurants on rt61 going chords Pottsville

Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check out was at 12 pm so the grand kids were finally able to get in a hotel pool! They had a great time.

Everything was clean, staff were welcoming and friendly.

The pandemic indoor masking wearing restrictions are lifted in most places however this hotel requests but doesn’t require visitors to wear masks. That’s not a problem however because of covid they are still not providing a hot breakfast which is a problem considering the area surrounding the hotel has no restaurants. I traveled another 15 min to find a place to eat.
