The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean.

The garbage bin just outside our room was not emptied once during our 3 night stay. Black mold where the shower grab bar connects to the shower wall.

The noise not much you Can do about that . The TV reception sucked.

I like that to step outside, it's right outside your door. No hallways, etc.

It's small. Spacing between the beds and the dresser/counter space is narrow. However, for the amount of time we were in the room, it was doable. The bathroom is small. But the sink is outside of the bathroom so not a big deal.

For a motel property, the comfort and facilities were up there. Very nice, clean, with modern decor.

It was disappointing what they were calling "breakfast". We specifically looked for a place that included breakfast as we had 3 rooms and several kids in the group, but there was no such thing! Breakfast was 8-10am. At 8:30 am there were 2 yogurts in a little fridge, and 4 or 5 off-brand mini muffins and cereal bars. Everyone that came to the lobby was thrown off and disappointed. A bit of milk and very minimal amount of cereal on the counter. All together not enough to feed my group of 12 (booked 3 suites) let alone the whole hotel.

As of May 2021, this motel has been newly renovated and looks like new construction. Bed was firm and comfortable; pillows, sheets, bedspread, and towels were all new, room was very clean. Water pressure was strong. The building design is that all rooms open to the outside, there is no central hallway. Breakfast was the new "COVID standard": cold cereal, milk and juice, and coffee and some yogurt. The only issue is that there are no hair dryers in the rooms; we always travel with our own, so this didn't bother us at all, but if you are expecting one you will be disappointed. There were also no tissues in the room. There's a Dollar General next door on one side, a McDonald's on the other side, an Arby's across the street. Down the road a couple of hundred yards is a quite nice diner and a Pilot mini truck stop with the usual store that carries a lot of different packaged food items and merchandise. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was the most freindly and helpful staff I've encountered for a long time treated my family with kindness especially my 87 yr old mother they worked with us in everyway to make our stay enjoyable and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

No complaints at all , we had a horrible stay at another hotel prior to arriving but again the staff at the pine grove baymont property got us checked in and we soon forgot our bad expierence

Easy access to location, facility appears to be undergoing a renovation. Nice amenities but the fit /finish is lacking. (Been in the trades for a long time) Staff was very nice Would stay again
