The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. We were in town for my mother's funeral, so the location was good. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the attendant was very helpful.

There's really nothing we didn't like. In pre-Covid days we probably would have had housekeeping change the towels and empty the trash every day, but we were only there for 2 days so it really wasn't a big deal.

The property was in a fantastic location near surrounding Eatery’s, nail salon and other small businesses. The hotel is very colorful. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating from the front desk getting an early check in, to the day we left the attendant in the breakfast area was more than happy to cook more food 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close.

The breakfast had many choices, the room was extremely clean. The staff was friendly as well. Everywhere was spotless! I'm very picky on cleanliness and the bathroom is usually where I'm dissatisfied but not here! Even walked around barefooted and didn't feel yucky! The beds were very comfortable was well!

The only thing I didn't like was the pool was really small. Thankfully we went later in the night so there wasn't many people in the pool because with my husband and two kids in the pool that was full enough.

the staff were very nice and helpful. Greeted you with a smile every time. Angelica and Erica were the best! breakfast was wonderful and fresh. the refreshing lemon water and ambiance of the hotel were great. had a computer for your kids to play with while you checked in. overall experience was wonderful.

just a little dusty

I did not stay there. lt was a anniversary gift to my daughter and son in law. They enjoyed their stay. Said the shower was the best one ever. Said the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Priced a little high for our small town, but i guess that is the norm.

We like that there are so many restaurants and other conveniences right next to the hotel. The breakfast was above average compared to other similar properties - a good selection, tasty and the service was excellent!

We had planned to use the indoor pool but the water was chilly for this time of year.

The room and facilities are lovely. Breakfast was good, and the gym came in very handy during my stay. I like the efforts to conserve resources, such as the refillable shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower.

The pool was FREEZING!!! That was my only disappointment.

The location is a bit away but it worked for us. Also, the turn into the hotel was deceiving at night with the Do Not Enter signs right at the turn into the hotel road.

Breakfast was good! Would have liked more selections for eating/drinking and seating. :D Staff was exceptional and it was comfortable.

The pillows in the bedroom were flat. I requested 3 more, and it was still not enough for my head. I will probably have to bring my own next time for firmness / support.

Perfect location to visit family. Staff is professional and very friendly. The breakfast offered in the morning was the best I've ever had in a hotel. As a bonus coffee and tea is available all day. If you need a place to stay in the Lebanon, PA area this is the one!

I honestly have nothing to say against this property. It was top notch!
