Very quick check in with friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The common areas were clean but the provided "freebies" were sparse for the price paid. Overall very satisfied with accommodations but not sure I would pay the high price again.

The breakfast bar did not open until 0700 EXACTLY....a 0630 start time should be adopted. For the price we paid for the room expected a higher quality buffet. In addition, there were 2 people that where first in line that took ALL the food while the rest of us stood in line. When staff was notified they replenished but the whole experience was the most bizarre thing I have seen in over 20+ years of travel

The location was perfect for us to visit our friend attending PSU during the summer. It was a quick 5 minute drive to the campus. The breakfast selection had a nice variety of offerings. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was kept very clean.

The only thing I can say was frustrating (and there nothing anyone can really do) is how loud it can be when others leave their rooms/close their doors. The sound echoes throughout the hall and into other rooms. Just not the best design.

We were checked in by Elise and she was fabulous. Very warm and welcoming. She is the standard for excellent guest service. Elise made sure to note that my two special requests had been honored and she and the staff were happy to do so. She explained everything perfectly and later when we left for dinner made sure to check with us if everything was to our liking and we were comfortable. She also wished us safe travels. Elise was just wonderful. Our room was wonderfully clean and comfortable. Possibly the cleanest room I have ever had. Our room was prepared by Jenn who left a welcoming note and did a great job preparing our room. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Keep up the great job!

Our room had no clock and I like to see the time at a glance. Also no luggage rack, so we had to do some rearranging and utilize the desk and fridge cabinet top to accommodate our four suitcases.

The beds were awesome. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The room was also very quiet. Overall we loved the property and enjoyed our stay.

One minor complaint is that there are no towel bars, save the ones on the back of the door, to hang a toiletry bag or towels to dry. A minor inconvenience. We had wished the shuttle stayed on for return from the concert venue. We would have missed a quarter of the show if we left for the shuttle's last run.

Didn't have breakfast but the room was exceptional. The location was perfect for where I needed to travel. Very clean and great amenities. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. My next visit I will definitely consider staying here again.

The only issue for me was having to stay on the 4th floor. I would have preferred the first floor. I guess when I booked the hotel room through Booking.com I should of made the recommendation in the provided box.

The bed was very comfortable. We all slept very well. The layout of the room was great—loved that the bedroom had a door to separate the living room/entrance area. The bed and sleeping space were clean which was of utmost importance. Although we didn’t partake, the on-site breakfast looked good with a nice selection of options. There was also ample parking and I believe there were spots that had electric vehicle charging stations.

Housekeeping seemed to have missed a spill on and in the fridge and there was a bit of scale on the shower head that should probably be worked on (descaled). Other than those two issues everything else was good and I would stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Clean. Practical/functional and close to the University. Breakfast was adequate and had some (basic) options to choose from.

Every meal is some drive away unless one is ok with what’s available at the gas station store. International travellers like me need to be comfortable driving ourselves.

The facility was beautiful. The room was great. Big TV made viewing easy. The checkin staff couldn’t have been better. Convenient location. Breakfast was the best we had while traveling across country. We slept great! Great shower!!

Nothing. We did not find anything wrong. We had been traveling across country for two weeks and this was the best hotel. It was our last night on the road!

bed was comfortable, although the sheet on the king size bed always came undone in a corner and the mattress was too heavy to fix.

I stayed on the 5th floor for 3 nights and never had maid service, only the first day when I asked them to take my trash. They never came back the rest of the time I was there. ice machine was broken on the 5th floor!

Diane went above and beyond and had a gift delivered and set in my room with swan made towels on the bed to surprise my partner for valentines day. She was fascinating. I enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub twice. Great Clean Hotel
