Close to University Park, modern hotel with big rooms. The staff were polite and accommodating. The room was spacious with enough sunlight and nice view.

The room was not entirely clean, although it can be seen that it was cleaned. I could hear the noise from inside the hotel, and the air-conditioning unit was inside the room, so I didn't have peace and quietness. The breakfast was worse every next day, it depended on who was working that day it seems. The first two days it was good, with the second day being the best, last day was substantially lacking in choice and utensils, with the first day also missing utensils, the lady that was working in the dining area on the second day was great.

The common areas were comfortable, stylish and inviting. It provided a great space to relax and meet with my colleagues. The room was super clean, with an excellent view of the mountain & town. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was perrfect for walking to our work on campus. Parking was easy. Coffee and water in the lobby were great.

The only thing that did not stand out as super exceptional was the breakfast. Not that it was bad, just not much to write home about. I found the eggs to be pretty dry, but not too bad after I buried them in the salsa. I guess I would say the improvements could be made with the eggs...

The rooms are spacious and clean, best location in State College for a Penn State visit. Breakfast is terrific with a wide variety of choices. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Overall a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Our room was very clean, however there is a little wear showing. The handle on the bathroom door was broken and there were tears in the fabric of one of the bed platforms. I know this hotel is constantly busy and usually full so I didn't really count this against them. Hopefully they are able to catch up on maintenance in the summer.

Can’t beat the location. In the heart of downtown State College, so any stress about finding street parking in a town where every location is walked to was alleviated. Parked in the hotel’s designated garage hours before check-in; at check-in they took my parking ticket to validate and gave me the hotel parking pass. So easy!

The elevators were a bit slow and inconvenient at times, but this isn’t a new experience in a downtown hotel with high traffic and limited space.

The location near campus was excellent, especially it's right above Target and starbucks, all the convenience there. The breakfast was good, not great. There are enough USB outlets for charging mobile devices. Wifi was good.

We requested an extra blanket for the 3rd person using the sofa bed but the staff brought up a bedcover instead. We also have to go to the lobby to request for cups, just to brush teeth. Bottled water have to be purchased for $2ea. The only toiletries provided were shampoo, shampoo (which should've been conditioner) and lotion. Nothing extra.

Parking to load and unload was difficult and the parking garage is across the street. I couldn’t park in the loading/unloading area because it was always full- would have been fine if I was traveling with another adult (one to drop the bags off and the other to drive).

Great service, great location, clean, and super comfortable beds and pillows! Breakfast was excellent! One of the best that I've ever had at a hotel. See attached picture. There is a Target store downstairs along with several restaurants within a few minutes walking. There is a Sheetz (store only) just down the street as well for snacks. We also appreciated the "extra security measures" taken in the hotel. The elevators require your key card in order to go up and down throughout the facility so that not just anyone can come and roam around. If we have to stay in State College, we hope rooms will be available here again!

Cold boiled egg ; boiled eggs should be hot/warm, insufficient bread options / breads at times ; brown bed options and sufficient bread to be made an available, cold drinking water : room temperature drinking water to be available.

I liked having the "office" space in the room so I could work. The location was also great, right in town within walking distance to all of the shops I wanted to visit and the offices where I had my meeting.

The lighting in the room was very dim. I felt like I had to turn on all of the lamps in order to properly see. I also wasn't informed that I needed my room key to activate the elevator; if not for another guest, I wouldn't have known how to operate.

Great location, I can comfortably fit my family of 5 in one room, excellent breakfast, good workout facility, connected to a great restaurant, target and Starbucks - what more could you ask for?!?

Pull out couch as not comfortable at all, and the room fan was very loud.
