Extremely friendly and helpful staff, Exceptionally clean room - the Lysol wipes were a nice touch, Beautiful grounds surround the hotel, Close and convenient to campus and downtown, Delicious breakfast buffet with an incredibly nice server (Mina), We also loved the balloons and other little extra touches celebrating the 2022 Grads!

We found the mattress in our room a bit uncomfortable for 2 people, kind of spongy and it sank a bit in the middle - otherwise a great stay, thank you!

Ease of parking, checking in, the room, the view. I especially loved having a recliner in the room to unwind in before retiring for the night.

Loved the single-serve Keurig in the room (I use the same model in my home office), however, 5 of the 6 k-cup choices offered were decaf (either herbal tea or decaf coffee). I know it's a minor point overall, but if I were traveling with my spouse, one of us would not have been able to have a morning cup of regular coffee as we rose and dressed.

The hotel was so close to PSU. Warm and welcoming as you arrived with the fireplace on and friendly staff. Restaurant on site had great bar food and a lovely waitress. Felt PSU spirit through decor and of course all the guests. Room was a great size, very comfortable and loved the navy leather chairs!

The bar sink in our room was clogged and I would recommend new coffee pots. The thermostat in our room did not appear to be working. We had trouble getting the correct temperature and unfortunately we were hot all night.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, the staff members were friendly, and the pool was decent. Could stand to be vacuumed and the filter on the water filling station needed to be changed (per the indicator) but overall it was a good stay.

The beds are small and the mattress on one bed sunk in toward the middle pretty severely. We had kids in that bed and they weren't terribly comfortable but I'd imagine an adult would have been miserable.

the room is clean and bright. convenient location to attend the graduation in Penn state U. they also have free shuttle to visit any where in state college which is a big plus.

the on-site restaurant is so so. they do not offer bottle of water in the room. you have to go downstairs by the reception to get water. so in the middle of the night, if you are thirsty, it will be the problem.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Always willing to answer questions. Shuttle was very helpful to get around. Will definitely stay here again.

More breakfast choices other than the breakfast buffet. Traveling with a small child it would have been nice to have the full menu with Nittany Lion pancakes/waffles. However we do understand that staffing and COVID restrictions can make this more limited.

I liked that the hotel was away from downtown State College and the University. It was quiet around and in the facility, but an easy drive to get on to campus.

The mattress was caved in on the one side, probably the side where everyone sleeps because it's next to the clock/USB port. The tub had some deterioration around the drain. The staff(front desk/restaurant) were lukewarm.

We had a great experience at the Penn Stater, the location was perfect and nice that it was close to everything yet tucked away, the hotel is beautiful and our room was large, we loved that there were 2 restaurants to eat at in the hotel. We also really appreciated the free shuttle to and from the game. The only thing negative about our stay was that the refrigerator was 49 degrees and we were unable to adjust it to keep our food and drinks cold and my sons steak at Legends was so fatty that he barely had any of it to eat which was disappointing.

Very convenient to State College & the Penn State athletic facilities. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Legends bar located in conference center was lively and has cool PSU memorabilia on the walls.

Building layout and access is a bit confusing.

Staff was extremely friendly. Very clean facility. would definitely stay there again. The shuttle was really convenient. Thank you for a comfortable stay so I could visit our daughters at Penn State.

The thermostat might not have been fully working. it was chilly, but not bad enough to fuss over. maybe extra bedding would be nice, but it was a very clean and nice room.
